Beautifully written.
Thank you Loni.
Imagine grinding your way into being a succesful CEO just for careless employees to urinate on your hard work.
0:55 Berates employees infront of customers... What an "Amazing" CEO... Man lives entirely detached from his company and then berates employees in front of a very calm customer who is bringing up billing issues. Sorry but .... if my boss decided to berate me not only on national television but infront of a customer I would tell them to go fuck themselves and quit on the spot.
That's why he is the boss. And others aren't.
Did she not say she forgot to present her card so how is it the staffs fault.
That CEO showed class there ,,people will go through a brick wall for that man now
He reminded me of that cartel leader on Ozark
Awesome job boss keep up
🙂🙂Jesus Christ is coming back sooner than you think, be ready and prepare to go with him! 🙂🙂 Salvation prayer Father I pray with my heart I believe in you Jesus Christ I believe you died for me I'm a sinner, forgive all my sins Wash me with your precious blood Come into my heart, save my soul today Be my Lord and personal Savior My Reedemer, my Savior I accept you today, in Jesus' name Meditate every minute on his verses and word to overcome challenges of this world until he comes.
Wow, there he goes again, what an incredible man. WORLDS BEST CEO because of his Giant Heart :-)
He`s saying something nice but it sounds so aggressive 🤣
Now that's a good leader
only because the camera was there and showed his company in a bad light, he comes across as a bully and should have first watched the staff deal with the situation and found out is it a problem within his company that affects customers, but his actions stopped everybody finding out. It is a standard practice in many companies that if items are purchased without a discount card then they cannot get the discount .
Wow! Inspiring...
An amazing moment when he took those glasses off and, looked exactly the same.
Like Clark Kent !
😂😂
Wtf?
It's how to deal with problems, first of first :''Take care of the costumers'', then fixe the problem ! Well done !!!
Next time someone complains at work I’m taking of my glasses and saying I own this place
Good on you, bossman! That's customer service!
What a boss....
Claudia can you tell me if they were scheduled to play there or did they just get up there and do their thing?
I had booked the bridge for a showcase. I invited them to play.
fire them all and recruit new people with E.European managers or S.Korean managers....= superior guaranteed service,,,,,...
Now that's how you handle a bad policy, great job.
I found pretty rude the way he spoke to his employees in front of a customer. Now, he complains that it is not possible for that to happen but, he doesn't know the policy that HIS BUSINESS applies to discounts? On what grounds does he complain and scold his employees?
So I gather you would be happy for this to happen to you if you were the owner? Owner asked for the card in a firm way - yes, but not unreasonably so. Then he fixed the problem - actually went way above what he could have done. He also went on and said to the lady that it was not the staff's fault - in front of the staff. Also at the top you generate and document policies but then have others further down the line implement them. At his exec meetings he would have been told that his policies have been implemented, with the staff trained and abiding by them. When the managers see this video there would have been some considerable nervousness amongst them - and rightly so. If I were owner, I would be checking (all the way down the line) that all other aspects of the company are running the way that has been agreed to at the top - if this area is not going as it should, what other aspects need verification/significant attention. Personally I would be checking the whole structure with fine tooth comb. Also this fellow is not the CEO and reporting to shareholders. He is the owner and what he says goes. If managers don't like how the owner wants the business to run, then they need to look for other employment. It is not $5 he has invested in his company. The managers might stand to lose 5 - 6 figure salaries if it all goes South but the owner stands to lose many, many 100s of millions.
What a brilliant bloke
Only because it was on TV.
Cheap script
That boss handled that situation with precision. A satisfied customer and two corrected and comforted employees.
Yes he handled the situation very well. Tried to comfort the guest but not putting blame on his employees.
B.S just Public Relations strategy, just read or watch reviews of Diamond Resorts or ask ex-employees.
That was epically beautiful! Loved it!
Berating your employees in front of customers and on national television is not epic in any way shape or form.... When a customer is calm and has a complaint there is absolutely no need to berate your employees like that. I would have told him not to discipline me in front of customers as well as on national television lol. Than again this is why I now own a company and do not work for someone. I work for myself along side my employees. CEOs are some of the most disgusting detached people in society useless rich investors most of them did not even build the company they manage they simply own a very large holding.
I sent him an email regarding working for his company and received no response.
The best undercover boss I ever watched... This guy took care of his staff with the best of rewards... 250000$ for a single black lady, a house & a car for the struggling Mexican mother .......
I mean it's very race based 🤔🥴
The CEO's use this show as a means of marketing. None of what they are doing is to "Help" employees. It is to create a more positive image in the public eye and drive up revenue. Understand whats actually going on please. It really isn't that hard. If the CEO actually cared about his staff then he wouldn't need to be giving a few of them 200k now would he. They would just overall be paying their employees better as well as giving them more paid vacation time. This show is aimed at manipulating the average person which has an iq between 90-115. I can tell that you are 100% within the target audience IQ range based on your view of this situation and what is happening.
great video...and a fantastic owner...but im confused...how do you pay for a wedding that already happened?...did he reimburse the baker and pay for dress and tux rentals?... or did he cover the expense of the family at the hotel?...what happened?
He said he was paying on video. Why do you think that he didn't do that? How foolish (and with the poorest business sense) would it be if he didn't pay the bill? Do people believe you when you say you are or are not going to do something? Give the man credit - the same as you would expect others to give credit to you and respect your word as your bond.
Thats hella awkward for the employees lol oof
Omg he is the best CEO by far he is truly a blessing to these people! I'm in tears😢👍You rock Stephen!!!!!!
That's hardcore. That weddings on me...I wish I could do the same.
He's got nobody to blame but himself if he's the owner and his business isn't operating the way he wants.
EXACTLY. They sit in their ivory towers and expect it all to just magically happen. That was most bosses I've had. BUT, the good ones were on the floor with their sleeves rolled up. They were the ones that REALLY knew what was going on.
Don't agree. If you have a company that is 1000 people strong in many, many cities, you have other senior managers to do the regional stuff. You can't do it all yourself. You employ these others to do their job. I would like to have been a fly on the wall when the owner sat down at his next meeting with his senior managers. You can also bet however that the owner will be out there in some form or another making sure that his company is indeed running the way it should. I have never been a CEO but I have had staff of my own. If you have less than 100 staff in one place it is pretty easy to know how the staff feel by the way they sit at their desk or walk across to the printer. They can disguise how they feel but sooner or later little things happen which tell you if they feel good at work. At the top you set the scene but then you have others in between to make it happen at lower levels. The ones in between in this company will now find out what the boss expects and they really better measure up. Don't think this will be the boss's last discrete viewing of his operation.
