Top Balance EVE 280AH Prismatic Cell Results
มุมมอง 1.7K3 ปีที่แล้ว
After our 280AH EVE prismatic cells arrived our lab top balanced them to 3.64V using a professional bench charger. Proper methods are to disassemble the pack and rest it for at least 4-6 hours. We rested this pack over night and tested each cell. Highest to Lowest was in an exceptional range of 0.003V (Three One Thousandth of a Volt!)
RV CRASH ANALYZED! SECOND BY SECOND ANALYSIS!
มุมมอง 21K5 ปีที่แล้ว
Transporting this RV to San Diego on the I-15 Southbound it struck a semi truck. This is an objective analysis that does not admit or deny any fault. It's up to you to decide.
Incredible! RV Crash on Freeway Caught on Video. Solar Power system survived!
มุมมอง 870K5 ปีที่แล้ว
Driving on I-15 Southbound I completely totaled this Motor home. Fortunately, I was the only one on board and walked away.. It was also outfitted with a professional camera system which captured the whole incident. This RV was a test platform for 1800 Watts of off grid solar power for our customers.
So its the trucks fault...ffs you RVers need to get off the roads.
Nice driving, bonehead 😅
Yes slow down look as far ahead as you can possible see ALWAYS! This will always give you the reaction time you need to prevent most accidents! Glad no one was injured. Yes these stick and fiberglass rv’s are going to fall apart super easy. I suggest an older Prevost shell for an Rv. They are super expensive, but they are built as passenger carrying busses with high safety standards. Slow down!!! Look ahead, stay back - way back, so you can see, and increase maximum reaction time. Don’t drive it like a car. Pay attention always on the road when underway and glance at mirrors and instruments. When changing lanes always signal your intent ahead of time. Do all lane changes, slowly and steadily. If you’re tailgated by a big truck or other vehicle put on emergency flashers until they back off. Do not hit brakes but decelerate 3 to 5 mph so if something happens, the impact is lower. Don’t hold up traffic. A ruined vacation, or trip can be prevented if you intentionally drive safer, slower and follow these tips. I have for 35 years now. Be safe and have fun everyone. Everyone is in a hurry to get in there casket ⚰️ or ⚱️ urn, you don’t have to be.
Slow down!
RV’s, even the big busses, are so poorly made they may loose a head on collision with a “Smart Car”.
RV's Can not stop on a dime!!! you have to have a larger Gap usually 4 to 8x the normal gap you would with a car. bc thats how much more time it takes to STOP an RV.... if you see traffic in front of you slowing down , Don't wait to slow down. Slow down soon as you see it slowing. Its automatically Your Fault if you Rear end someone ...
Holy crap you can really see how cheaply theese are made, 1x1 frame and particle board wall.. dam thing would have blown over from a light fart
Rv driver is totally at fault
Your in charge of a bomb when driving open your eyes and look around you
Sometimes people who have really bad driving habits or an extremely low level of driving skills should not drive larger vehicles.
first the rv driver was not driving safe. mind was some place else. second as a truck driver of 40+ yests that white car would have been pushed out of there lane, less of a accident there.
You should have gone a little more to the left. You need to know where the right corner of your RV is. Even if you clipped the car to your left, that would been the better decision. But you know, It all happens real fast, so we are the Monday Morning quarterback. Sorry.
RVs are giant eggshells. Crash-worthiness is not on their list. Drive them like you're oversized and exposed.
This is a employee of the insurance company which we have reviewed the file and your youtube footage now found and we will be adjusting some numbers and investigator will be contacting you. Thanks sorry for the loss but hotel trivago wouldve saved this
what about hit the brake pedal? I´ve heard a lot of people got excelent results doing that
And that my friends is why RV’s are not worth a quarter of what they want for them 😂
That will buff out....
Proper speed and spacing would have allowed the rv to get stopped behind the parked truck to avoid switching lanes and involving other vehicles
Everyone who drives an RV that size should be required do you have a CDL and following too close is never a good idea in any vehicle
The truck jammed his brakes to avoid what you didn't.
Reveals what junk these overpriced things are.
Too fast for the conditions ahead of you and a lack of complete attention. Use a hotel and drive a car
People that drive rvs over the 18 ft range need to take a truck test.
How much empty space on top the cells with the lid on?
Solar Supply House
Did you put a bms into the box with the cells? I’m thinking of doing the same
A JBD or Daly BMS fits easily into the box. I build these all the time for my clients without any problems at all.

Awesome thank you. I was gonna build one but the total for the parts would be around 500$ the same as an already built one.
Just what I was looking for
I drive like I am walking on a trail deep in the forest. Always look far ahead, sideways and even backwards for bears and other surprises!
RVs, including trailers, are horribly built and cannot withstand even minor impacts as shown here. There are manufacturers who build quality RVs but they are few and far between and are NOT the big names of the industry. Back in 2019 I sought a teardrop camp trailer and after an exhaustive search found a small manufacturer who's build methods are like those employed in yacht manufacturing not the RV industry. Invest the time and money to find a quality manufacturer! PS - you won't find one a Camping World!
Ouch!
No federal safety standards in a class A motor home . Spend that kind of money, get a super C motor home !
You could of seen that Truck a mile away, besides there was another one in front of him.
Match sticks and staples. Buy a van.
How did you not see a Hugh 18 wheeler on stopped???
Truck had his emergency flashers activated, pay attention!
Ever stand on an aluminum can, we’ll, there you have it
Not paying attention.
A friends mother used to say to us when we were children: "Watch what you're doing!".
Good thing it still has a Warranty!
I’m sorry for you but, You had loads of time to see the truck and slow down, change lane. The truck did not do an emergency stop. On the plus side watching this video has convinced me not to spend $250,000 on an RV. It’s totally cured me from wanting one. It’s just a paper mache box with an engine!
Confused… are the videos we are looking at your POV headset? I would buy a better brand.
Yeah, I sure hate it when SEMI TRUCKS magically appear out of nowhere on a sunny day.
“Jammed on its brakes…” is irrelevant. You are supposed to be able to stop regardless. Not plow into the back of someone. Following to close is very complacent. The person could be doing handstands in their vehicle - if they stop you should hav enough spacing for reaction time to safely ring your vehicle to a halt. No getting out of this when you hit someone in their arse.
Thank you for being an idiot. Watch the other video.
nothing but an over price POS tin can on wheels
Balsa wood and cardboard put together with Emerson kids glue. smh
No worries mate. That outa buff right out with our new FIX IT RIGHT products. Just call WOW-YER- DUMB for more info.😂
If you crash into anybody ahead of you it is your fault for not seeing the stopped vehicle in time. period
Absolutely untrue. If the vehicle ahead of you is doing unsafe practices or intentionally soliciting a crash it can be determined it's their fault. This has been determined legally uncountable times. Or What about weather, ice, fog or clouds? All can be contributing factors that are not the fault of the driver. I am not saying this is what happened, but one should never speak in absolutes. PERIOD!
RV’s are constructed of an outer layer of flattened coke cans, 1.5 inches of styrofoam for that extra insulation, and lauan. That’s it.
that RV driver is an idiot
This guy drives about as well as he places his cameras.
