@@socrates5162 in this video I was running a 2020 ERC railz and a 2017 Millennium faktor. I’m currently running 2 ERC Railz, a 2020 and 2023.

@@DegenerateGarage im not familiar with a erc chassis...my brother has an older millennium...anyway i noticed that when you have good speed, kart will go from the bottom to the top and off the track...ive seen this happen alot....what is your left side weight ?? because it looks like a 4-wheel drift...which is a sign of too much left side weight.

@ I would have to go back and watch the video. This is from a year ago 😳, it is very possible I had too much left. I’ve been using the scales much more now than last year.

@@DegenerateGarage to me, you scale out before every race...you need to know where you are at all times...different tires also changes your setup....

@@DegenerateGarage Question: Do you have a leakdown tester? It allows you to pump air into the cylinder through the sparkplug hole using a compressor set at 60 lbs. Then it has a gauge to measure how much pressure the cylinder holds less than the 60 lbs. It could be leaking down because of the valves, rings, or a blow head gasket. Or all of the above. If its valves or a head gasket you can see or hear it. It's a great diagnostic tool for a non-engine builder like yourself. I highly recommend buying one if you don't have one already. I prefer the Moroso brand, costs about $100. If you're interested, I will send you the part #.

This was my first time on Mini gears and the lowest I have ever run on the front driver. I might try one more tooth next time. I did run out of gear for the heats

Jeff had the right tires on it all day. Just driver error cost us. It was the first time we've been back there since we figured out why the kart was so tight early this season. Looked like you found my line in the heavy race and picked up speed. It's a hard thing to not wanna run down on the tires in the center but if you do and catch thoes bumps wrong in 3 and 4, it'll wash ya up off 4 like I did in that masters race. That prowler would sing through 1 and 2 though. Love the new trailer and setup. The poseys don't run junk and I'm sure you got some outstanding stuff once you get it together and on the track

I will definitely pick your brain once I get some editing capabilities to use

My boy said he's a defensive driver! He'll get the boot next time, I'd argue this cost me a position in the overall points championship.

@@RandyMorgan-ww6wx this was some of our first clone races, thanks for the feed back! Almost a year later and I’m still working at it! I started with a predator, so it was a habit to run full throttle and just scrub some speed on entry to be fast.

@@DegenerateGarage understand yea I raced for 25 years I started off first then my oldest boy started racing we did it for about 10 years then we sold it all then my youngest son wanted to race so we started back up and spent another 30k and did it tell two years ago then he had a baby on the way and he went part time tell he didn’t want to keep doing so all of the stuff is setting in the garage i though we may start back at it some day lol but good luck in the future of kart racing
