I have this exact bike but virtually none of it is original except the Frame. Yours is flawless.

I got one of these almost 10 years ago. Used it for down hill for the first time. Fork seals started leaking. I didn't understand what the bike could do until I got on the mountain. Snow summit.

I have a minty green and red with red and white original cables. A well used MB-1 I play hard on, an MB-3 all set up as upright commuter with fenders and albatross bars, short stem. Beautiful bike!

I have suntour groupo on my 91 Rocky Mountain Hammer. I was amazed to learn that Suntour were using dark grey on hubs before Shimano with XTR

I had that exact same bike in 1985 . i think i paid $450 new. it was the most fun bike i ver had . very easy to fix if crashed.

Hola amigo, tu vídeo es espectacular! Yo también tengo problemas con el ei shock de mi lapierre xr 790. Deje mi bici cuatro años parada y cuando he vuelto a montar en ella, el sistema no funciona. El mando del manillar y el cuentakilómetros si funciona pero el amortiguador no hace nada. No se si es problema del amortiguador o del sensor del eje pedalier. Ayuda por favor!

Resto Mod...WAAAAY too many new parts, only the frame is old..talking about almost brand new parts as "still working good"....they should, some are less than 5 years old!!!

Very clean, i bought an 87 a few days ago. It has a lot more wear n use but got it ftom original owner. In red color, yoyrs is a nice example. When i got on my Cimmaron it already felt about perfect with a new saddle and tuned. Just gonna give it a lil TLC and not much needed. My handlebars have a bit less curve but it seems ideal. Just fixed another Schwinn

nice brody! i have the palmer 2001 M1 with the bottle cage holes on the bottom of the down tube. Super rare in large ( which i thought i never would find.) got on ebay from cali with the nastiest paint job ive ever seen. stripped that puppy and gave it a siiick paint job with original graphics from "slik" in europe. Love this rig and ne er will part with her. 888 bomber up front with a fox dh rear shock. Hayes dual piston brakes old school "kore" stem. solid as day 1.

Does anyone still have a working battery pack they'd sell me? Working on a Lapierre that was owned by a 78yo man and he misplaced the battery for this system.

My same M1 has Azonic bars. Direct stem mount to. Marzocchi bombers forks. Raceface cranks Hayes breaks but I’m replacing them soon. My post is titec dh sun ringle pedals that are great. And sun ringle rims and spokes are …I forgot the name. I have rocket hubs. ..my intense M6 has the fox 40. And yes I’m a die hard intense cycles fan.I forgot. Raceface chain guide. And yes mine was used in two races from a semi pro then 4 on me. Still held up.
