If you have a 50 State Harley Davidson Milwaukee 8 Powered motorcycle this is the way to upgrade your intake. Don’t unplug the Purge Valve, just remove the Hoses. If you have a Harley Dealer nearby I’d recommend picking up the Filter and purge caps there. The key to high flow is the air Filter: www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/screamin-eagle-high-flo-kn-replacement-air-filter-element/p/294002...

70km cheee itna toh india mein electric scooters jaati hai 😂😂. 100 cc ki bike india mein 80+ nikal jaati hai
Any interest is selling the full kit?
Memphis Shades is garbage I’ll try this one ☝️
Buy American!
That little titan ratchet I’ve put it threw its paces and in some occasions I though it was gonna break, great for taking off 15 mm And 13 mm bolts and nuts I approve. That’s for the content b
Good to know. I've used it a few times now and it seems good so far on 13mm
YOU NEVER SAID YOUR SPEED AND THERES NO WAY THAT IS A STOCK 50CC
Hit 52 MPH. Stock 50cc 2 stroke
50cc😂
Those are there so you can make sure your rear tire is over the rear tire trap door.
What do you use the trap door for? I've onlt ever used it to access the jack for maintenance
How long did you micro it for
3 1 min intervals
Excellent video Jenius. Felix!

@@jeniusbiker could you show, how you mounted this PUIG windshield?
Bro, on indonesian our Scooter can have a 190km speed
With a passenger mine goes like this
Knipex Pliers: Cobras, Pliers Wrench, and Twin Grips. Maybe a set of Snap-On ACF needle nose? Screwdrivers: Love Wera, but go Vessel Megadora JIS 930 series. There is nothing better, especially for bikes, period Wrenches: WrightGrip 2.0. Best value USA wrenches made Ratchets: Koken or KTC all the way Scissors: Engineer PH55 or PH57 are super nice shop scissors. Fiskar or Milwaukee as well. If you ever wanna try something different for a ratchet...The KTC rotohead ratchet is a total game changer for bike work. Very small and compact, and the biggest plus is the ability to use it like a nut driver. Saves a lot of time. It's a bit spendy, but extremely high quality. Watch the vid that Jeff's Garage Adventures did if you wanna see more details. Nice set up man!
Thanks for all the insight! You definitely put me onto a few tools I wasn’t familiar with.
Hey brother I just bought the IGT 150 that your on and a VOG 150 both have less than a hundred miles on them. Are these good bikes in your opinion? To all you China doll haters please but out Never home hates em yet everyone has em lol take care of them they run forever! Hey back to my please and thanks.
Along with Knipex I would check out Icon pliers
we need sound echaust bro come onn
Install video has the sound
som pliers i wold rekomend snapon but mostly knipex but skrewdrivers I personaly love wurth
Im leaning toward Snap on slip joint needle nose and maybe a twin grip Knipex?
@@jeniusbiker snap on needle nose is probably my go to sins it is so hevy duty for the size but as you say knipex is makes som very god pliers for the prise but needle nose and cuters I think its worth spending that exstra! great toure btw
For pliers, my dailys are both Snapon and Icon, Icon for my mobile setup and snapon in the garage. Grip wise they’re what feels the best, everyone’s different, and hand ergonomic preferences are different. Best way is to just go try them out. As for wrenches, MAC precision torques have been my favorite, craftsman v series are good. Longest used ones have been gearwrench, tolerances are great.
Great intel! I'm looking to get a pair of the snap on slip joint needle nose style next. Mac seems really nice, but I havent ever seen the Mac dealer in my area otherwise I probably would have those and would have bought the RBRT stuff instead of gripedge
Knipex for pliers and hands down Vessel for the screwdrivers. Vessel Mega Dora is the set I have and the JIS phillips are perfect for my two boys Kawasaki dirt bikes.
Greenholt Haven
Vessel, Knipex, Wera for the win. The Knipex twin grip will be your goto almost every time. Been using these brands for 25 years. My personal fleet is land rover, honda vfr and searay mercruiser 4.3 (GM)

this is exactly what I needed! looking for a van to haul my 06 cbr600rr and I have the ability to get an nv200 for DIRT CHEAP! lol thank you for the video! question tho, do the 600s fit straight in or required to angle them?
Most regular bikes fit straight in. I fit a 2007 CBR 600 RR in the back no problem
Well its better late than never for you having learned that commi china is the world's capital of mass produced junk !!!
Hell ya Bro.
That's a sweet setup I'm literally looking to do the same. You think a 93 inch cruiser shadow phantom would fit if passenger seat taken out?
Long cruisers I usually can get away with loading at an angle and moving the passenger seat all the way forward
😎🙌 I managed to put a royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in my l little NV 200 I just took off the mirrors and done, great van.
Fairing looks really nice, only problem I see is the way the headlight sits in too much, at night you’re losing light because it’s been blocked through that tunnel, but other than that, it looks really nice
Thanks for the helpful video! This is just what I was looking for as I was thinking I want to transport my R6 in my NV200. Also, I see you’re in SF, so am I!
Still have an NV200 but now I have a removable camping setup one
What kind of rail is that that your hex bit sockets is on in your toolbox? Thanks so much
Westling USA
Very informative but loose that annoying music with something more entertaining.
No way you are actually going 70 on a moped😂
A moped is a 50cc anything higher is a scooter
My Buddy Blackjack 150 gets up to an indicated 80 on the speedo!
@@jeniusbiker wow man i was wrong my bad
Honestly, I did a bunch of looking around and found that Sawicki Speeds bolt-on was the one that give me butterflies every time I crack the throttle I also understand Sawicki Speed is supposed to be coming out with a full titanium setup very soon... Fingers crossed!!
I appreciate the vidya, with that west newberry accent mr john cena jr
Did you remove the center console?.. I'm confused. My '21 seems to be too short to put my 75" KTM 690 Duke in. Just wonder what the total length of your MV is. Have you measured it? Thanks!
You find a solution ?
Sorry, I haven't measured it, but I have yet to find a bike that won't fit. Worse case I load the longer bikes at an angle and scoot the passenger seat forward to accomodate extra length. Also keep in mind that once you strap down it shortens the overall length.
I cant find these covers anywhere
Nice work sir! Looks hella nice.
ThankS!
How did you clean the pipes?
This video is perfect for me, I work on dirtbikes as a diyer I’m getting that toolbox and literally need basically the tools you have lol
BE CAREFUL. I bought the PUIG screen for my Indian FTR 1200 R Carbon and although I mounted it perfectly, following the instructions, the screen was the cause of a deep scratch on the carbon fiber shell of the bike. Based on my experience , the PUIg kit is only suitable for FTRs without the headlight cap. In the presence of the shell, the screen is too close and with the vibrations of the motorbike, it rubs the shell itself and ruins it. Even though I demonstrated all this to PUIG, they refused to compensate me and to recognize the design error, behaving in an absolutely incorrect manner.
Whats the torque spec youre setting them to or where can i find the spec? Doing mine this weekend.
That’s some McGuyvering right there
Did you put the on the rear axle as well? will it fit the ST?
Only the front. Pretty sure the ST uses the same front end with stiffer springs so they should fit with the modification
@jeniusbiker trying to find those isn't easy...think the will fitting the back too???
Nothing Harley about that.
I agree, but thats not nessasarily a bad thing
It's actually a step up I would argue! Considering the pipe is designed for a Japanese bike, not a Taiwanese (Chyna)...
this is not a typical harley engine, you want the sound, get a tri-glide you old fart
Overpriced Chyna stuff...
Made in USA
@@jeniusbiker You're kidding right? Manufactured in Taiwan (Chyna) and Mexico - Assembled in USA. Team Blue, Green, Yellow is all Japanese all the way through. Harley's truely are garbage
