Hallo, ja, die Einzelbereifung ist in der CH - neben anderen Belangen - tatsächlich ein Thema. So viel ich weiss, sind drei solche Fahrzeuge (mit Einzebereifung) in der Schweiz zugelassen, aber meinen Fuso mit dieser Bauart hier zuzulassen, war ein grösserer, längeres und eher schwieriges Unterfangen. Aber nach mehreren Versuchen hats trotzdem geklappt. Good luck, falls du auch so was planst und safe travels Simon

Hello to the UK and thanks for watching. I know hat you mean with the "lonely traveller" feel of some of my videos. My wife is still working in theatre productions and is not able to join me on all of my trips, unfortunately. But this will change in the very near future. You definitely experience different things when traveling alone and I must admit that I really like to travel alone sometimes. You realls seem to have picked a wonderful route to some of the most exciting destinations in Europe. When you have a chance, visit the Morteratsch camping in the Engadin in the Swiss alps, it is the highest campground in all of Europe (1850m) I personally think, it is one of the most rewarding areas in alll of Switzerland with limitless beautiful hikes, little villages and spectacular mountain peaks. I actually just arrived here for my winter camp and I will stay until the beginning of April, with my wife visiting every now and then... Happy hollidays to you, wherever you are and maybe meet you in the Swiss alps some time. Cheers and happy travels Simon

hello and thanks for commenting. The inside of my cabin is 4x2 meters, the hight 2m. The overall length of the vehicle is 6.5m which is a reasonable size for an expedition veicle. I am still able to curise the streets of inner cities and even park in regular size parking lots. My previous vehicle was a MAN 9t vehicle with a 7.5 x 2.4 dimension which made it quite difficult to cruise in narrow streets of Norway and Sweden up to the North Cap. So I think you are very well off with a smaller, more efficient vehicle if you plan to explore more narrow paths. Good luck and safe travels, cheers Simon

www.woelcke.de/wohnmobile.html - this is the company that built my vehicle. It used to be around 4 years to have them build an individual vehicle, but I think now they are able to do it faster. However I think that the Mitsubishi truck base is no longer available, you might have to look for an alternative vehicle base like MAN, IVECO etc. But I can highly recommend Woelke in Germany, they do very solid and high quality work. @@simonjourneyman Thanks Simon for the link and for your reply. I was looking at the Fusso because the narrow roads of UK and EU I think Fusso is easy to maneuver. I like your setup, really nice clean job both in the exterior and the interior. Wishing you safe travels too.

@@optiondrone5468 thank you and very welcome. Before the Fuso I was traveling with a bigger and heavier MAN truck - and it was way too big for the roads up to the North Cap in Norway. So its a very wise decision to aim for a more narrow vehicle like the Fuso. Good luck with your build!

yes, it was a dual model that has been configurated by the manufacturer in Germany, much better for off road use.
