In my first playthrough I decided to go full facist, did everything in my power to heavily favor the nationalists and did everything to oppress the Bluds. Somehow I managed to form an unholy triple-alliance with communist Wehlen and democratic Agnolia, I beat Rumburg in the first turn and flipped off the Queen. With my successful victory in the war I was re-elected, Monica divorced me, it's a wonder she married Rayne to begin with considering how hard I was on keeping women in their place right from the get-go. Petyr never committed suicide or got assassinated, which I think might've been a bug as I chose to kill his lover, but I never got confirmation of that happening and therefore Petyr never died. All in all, extremely successful run considering I fixed the economy, won the war, got trade deals, kept the military happy, AND got re-elected. But somehow, some-fucking-how, the end-screen called me a centrist-Sollist! I guess I must've taken ONE leftist decision by accident somewhere.

Surviving the game as a barbarian novel made me come here

I held true to planned economy and democratic ideals. Couldn’t pass reform because I wouldn’t compromise. Kept the budget in the tank by not cutting budgets and investing in education. Passed a lot of egalitarian changes with my wife and avoided a world war. got absolutely smashed in the next election with like 16% vote and retired relatively well off and peacefully in a nice ocean condo with my heaps of stock money.

Reading what others went through in their first run makes me appreciate mine, which I thought was horrible. I pushed the economy into depression but at least I didn't get killed, arrested or started a world war. I ended up retiring in Benfi writing my memoir that was a bestseller

Actually it's very easy to please all party members no matter who they are all the time, even if it SEEMS like their goals may clash. Sebille + Red Prince, Ifan + Sebille, none of that interferes.

4 of my 5 deaths so far have been falling off the drone tower, 10/10 would recommend. oh the last one was a horrific atv crash. I am role playing as an ardent alien non believer as I think my first play through will probably be the only time I wont know enough to actually role play this correctly. I am on day 23 and have yet to actually see an alien. the most alarming thing is the hooligans that keep vandalizing my walls and leaving alarmingly placed shrimp in my facility. also I knew about the mannequins and was suprised that they waited till like day 15 to wake up and it was really weird because 2 mannequins that didnt exist before suddenly appeared and then my workbench assistant frank suddenly disappeared. I still think they murdered him

welp, I guess I suck cause it's one of my many favorite animes.... I'm not taking it back and I've bought the light novel better than the anime but still one of my favorites

show was written well by a horrible story creator. its ass plain and simple, I'm not picky,,, I, not proudly said, have seen wellllllll over 800+ animes... you know damn well half , if not more, were pretty dog shit. log horizon took me 5 years to finish 3 episodes, what does that tell you, no me. that it is ass. if anyone dies it doesn't even matter, if they lose their loot, it doesn't matter. MC is ass. so many better ideas for a mc with the same personality trait. I'm writing all this out of frustration of people saying it is "GOOD," not that they enjoy it. by all means enjoy what you enjoy. just don't mistake good for "what you like" good means something of quality, superior, of high standard. I search for "is log horizon good" to see everyone say it is, then I watch it to see nothing special at all. attack on titan is good, steins gate is good, Re:Zero is good, code geass is good, evangelion is good. log horizon falls short on almost everything when comparing them to animes with geuniely appealing storylines with consequences to actions, portrayal of stress, and emotional attachment. this show is absolute opposite. its like it was created for people who genuinely have zero taste in storytelling, writing, and plot. its as if it it for people who really could care less wether a show is food or badf and just watch it bc they are scociopaths or never seen a good show.

In my first playthrough, I read nothing about this game and tried to moderately reform the political system and get the economy going, nothing extreme. I accidentally got Petr to end with himself, saved the Rayne marriage, created an economic boom, cooperated with Saddam Hussein, joined NATO, sold 40% of the economy to 3 people, caused a party split and won re-election anyway. Truly a game of all time.

Ah the old dice roll for everything system. If Im not mistaken it wasnt until games like Oblivion in the late 2000s that rpgs started to shift away from it. I remember being so confused as a kid with Morrowind, but once you get it it once it clicks and ive found it easy to go back and try the old titles like Arena and Daggerfall
