Hi! I’d just like to say that the meta of rogue did see numerous changes throughout the history of the game. It’s actually quite beautiful to witness how it all changed during its 6 years lifespan. Not only meta changed due to different updates which were meant to contest it, but also the players did by learning new ways to play. If you compare gameplay of the average player today to the best players of pre update ultimate it would be like full grown adults going against barely walking toddlers. This other TH-camr put out a half-joke video „Rogue Lineage is proof of evolution” and it shows that perfectly and how a #1 player through all of og Gaia wouldn’t stand a chance today.

In earlier days new player experience was fun exploring, have fun and find out stuff. But now you can't really progress without getting boosted/carried since there is just too much old players (ultras) in most servers that WILL probably kill you and the game hasnt gotten any updates so even bigger reason why players stop playing. To sum it up, max players ruin the progression and there is no reason to stay cause of lack of updates (alteast major ones).

The only problem with rogue is no new players, its impossible to prog since its full of house floods (You can call them clans) Or just people with 200 days IN EVERY SERVER, its harder to find a freshie than to find a ultra, 75% of player base of current rogue are ultras no cap

Honestly, this game still have a special place in my heart, but there's two things they need to improve: house dominated servers and ultras killing freshspawns. You join any server and there's a high chance that you'll play in it for 2 seconds and a bunch of apes will appear to grip you, I mean just remove observe. And it would be better if there was a separate world for hybrids and ultras, there are many who prefer super class combat and it would make the game more balanced since a skilled freshspawn have more chances against a super.

good concept and good editing, although you did get some information wrong and left out a few parts, such as only mentioning 2 developers but melon sensei and the other developers kept the game alive while Rag and Arch worked on deep. otherwise it was great!
