In saturation the relationship between Ic and Ib isn't valid.So i don't think you can use simple beta.You have to use forced beta..

Assalam Alailkum, How did get value 0.7 v potencial difference of npn transister. Please let us know
W salam... potential difference for an NPN transistor comes from the physical properties of the silicon material and the behavior of the base-emitter PN junction when forward-biased. This is an approximate value, and in real applications, it can vary slightly depending on current and temperature. Agar Main sample Alfaaz Mein Bataun to aapko pata hai ki trangister P aur N junction per mustamal Hota Hai Jab PN junction per voltage apply kiye Jaate Hain... Misal ke Taur per bilkul Thode 0.1 volt to yah itne Thode Hote Hain Jo k PN junction ke andar holes ya electrons hote hain un ko push karne ke liye na Kafi Hote Hain.... Iske bad aap voltage badhate Jaate Hain 0.1 sy 0.2v aur 0.3 aur0.4v Is Tarah badhate Jaate Hain even ke vah Lamha Aata Hai Jab PN junction se holes ya electrons ki motion start ho jati hai. aur Iske bad Jaise Jaise aap voltage increase ya badhate Jaate Hain to use hisab se electrons ya holes ka bhav Tej Hota jata hai.... To Agar yah trangister Germany ka banaa hota hai to kam se kam point 0.3v ya 0.4 volt ke upar Inka Bhav start ho jata hai aur Agar Silicon material ka banaa hota hai to Aisi Surat Mein kam se kam point 0.5ya 0.6v ya 0.7 volt darkar hote hain Jiski vajah se electrons ka bhav start ho jata hai ... yani Ek junction ko cross krny k leye kam sy kam 0.7v darkar hotay hain .... To Yahi wo 0.7 volt Hai jinko Ham applied voltage se mines kar rahe Hote Hain

Sir transistors ka vediodekh liya bahut achhe se padhaye hain samjh bhi aya forward bias reverse bias , npn , pnp 1Q. But ye common emitter, common collector ,common base configurations hota hai sir😐? 2.Q. Maine dekha hai ki emitter ko kabhi neg to kabhi postive ke sath aise hi collector ko kabhi neg to kabhi positive ke sath connect kar dete hain ye nahi samjh aya? 3.Q saturation &cutoff region ko behtar tarike se bataye 3.Q. input output characteristics samjhaye😢 ho sake practically bhi bataye plz plz 🙏
