How can I clean up the original country field to make it a drop-down field?

Great video, was doing this on my own, and was a few steps away, your version much cleaner and has simplified things. Have you had any joy sending the emails out automatically as a follow on step, and then getting them tracked/added to the activity of the deal, I am doing this but its only putting the emails on the contacts, but we work more on the deals. My workaround is just to create an engagement on the deal with the details that the emails were actually sent

Not sure why Zapier chose X to autodetect seconds and milliseconds from 1/1/70 while providing no way to convert back to milliseconds. Instead of implementing X and XX (for example) respectively.

Regarding "delete pandadoc from HubSpot"... You must delete the draft/proposal in PandaDoc and it will be removed from the HubSpot Record.

I just cancelled my subscription. My "IT GUY" added this shit and noone even know about it. We were paying $162.28 a month for it. ChatGPT does everything better.

It might be OK for the things you did, but Gemini is total crap for 90% of the people who have an Android phone. Gemini had no physical access to your phone and can no longer do the things the old assistent could, like play music, make appointments or even set a timer.

My org just demo'd this in the last 3 months - I found it to be more or less unusable in most cases. Would consistently be unable to provide output / error out - even for a simple prompt like "draft me an intro email to x person". I had some high hopes for this because their value prop was that unlike using ChatGPT, the AI is integrated into each of the apps, which would (you'd think) make for a really smooth experience. I honestly ran into so many bugs and "sorry can't do that" type issues that I just went back to GPT. Considering all this - it was time for our Google Workspace contract renewal and Google basically strong-armed us into buying 1/3 of our total license count worth of Gemini licenses, otherwise they'd make us pay full "ticket" price for our Enterprise licenses, which essentially was going to double our annual spend. Their attitude was more - "we don't care if you actually use the licenses, we just need to make you buy them.." - I'm guessing to drive up that user adoption number for their share holders. TL;DR, as of October, 2024 - Gemini for Workspace is absolute trash, unfortunately. I take no pleasure in saying any of that, because I'd love a reason to stop paying for my own GPT Plus xD

My problem with AI is there is no reason or use for using it. I've only added the Gemini ai advanced only to get the 2tb for $32 instead of $180... All this stuff I look at is pretty useless to be honest. It'd be better if you could train it to do something of use but that can't be done.

Finding these videos super useful, thank you!! One problem I'm having is that for some fields my output gives me the internal name of the field, but not the label itself. For example, we have lots of custom deal stages, and it returns the internal ID, instead of the actual name of the deal stage. The same with Pipeline. Is this something you've come across and know how to fix?

What software did you use to track your cursor? Was it manual key frames or did you have a plugin that did the smooth motion when tracking the cursor? Also, loved the video it was very helpful

When you set the date/time, were you selecting a specific date/time or the date/time column? Would it automatically recognize the date and time to publish each post once you made it active or would you need to go in and update again for different dates?
