I actually don't get the hate at all for using AI art for their stream announcements, as mentioned you could edit your own or simply find a copyright free image, so it's not like using AI art in this situation is really theft of an artists job. Sure you could call it lazy, but for a channel of 50k subs, they're easy to access high-ish quality images able to be tacked on for something like announcements. They're not selling their audience this art, they're not stealing an artist's job, this is a fine use of AI art imo.

Why is bro acting like he can't find free to use capybara images? the amount of thumbnails i've seen recently that are so obviously AI upscaled renders of yugioh card art is staggering and I haven't seen anyone be called out on it. That seems to me to be a bigger issue than this, as thumbnails will be seen by many more eyes compared to community posts.

DB grinder doesn't need to take an L in this situation. He's not selling the art or hiding the fact he's using AI for his favorite animal. He's not paying for an artist okay yeah that sucks but everyone is attacking him instead of offering to sell art, no service is being offered to him just people telling him he's wrong. The ai is thunkbnails on one of his secondary channels on streamed content,on posts most people won't see.

honestly, I think the use of ai is pretty awesome a new form of medium for creators, who previously didn't have an outlet on that specific genre of production, if used responsibly, as showcased by cooridor digital a while back. However, DBgrinder's oddly specific use of generic capybara images makes 0 sense when he could just as easily used free stock images from google or smth.

I use Ai on my day to day for personal use, i would never use it to make TH-cam Thumbnails or Stream annoncement's because i know tehre are better tools for that, and DB Grinder absoluted had to take the L there.

Pretty sure he could get copyright free pictures of cabybaras easily which is the weird bit. Also not to hate on him but watching DB replays (including ones that are really bad and often include misplays) isn’t the most time consuming thing so this AI use is also stupid.

here some tips that migth save you some seconds: did you know that, when activating a card effect, you can double click the card instead of selecting it and then pressing "effect activation"? it saves a bit of time (it also work for other things like, targeting cards, searching and etc) you can also set traps faster by holding the mouse button, dragging, and then releasing it on the zone you want there is also a option in the settings to change the card list from horizontal to vertical (the list that appear when searching cards and etc) i find it better than the small scrolling list, saves some seconds hope it helps :)
