I'm planning to arrive in Laos in February or March, and I would like to stay for at least one year and rent a small house. I just saw that the visa laws are going to change on Jan.1. I am 62 years old and have taken early retirement with a social security monthly amount of $1500.00. Will the new law changes make this problematic? Thanks so much for your wonderful videos!
