    This is all so true for me! I quit alcohol almost two years ago and have no desire to drink it in the future. I am fine with having a glass of non-alcohol ginger beer or soda at a party (but would rather prefer a cup of tea since having sugar late in the evening is like drinking caffeine and I struggle to sleep when I go to bed), but quitting coffee is a tough one for me! But I have found that drinking only one cup in the morning and then drinking black or green tea no later than 2 or 3 in the afternoon doesn't make that big effect on my anxiety. But it makes me get hungry quicker and more sudden!

    This is something I struggle so much with. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to controlling my surroundings and I thrive in a clean and organized home and I think it gives me dopamine so I've become addicted to keeping everything around me in order. But it prevents me from for example reading books and doing hobbies because I'm always looking for something to clean up and I get tired and stressed by it. Since I live with a partner who doesn't notice when things gets messy I have the responsibility to keep our home in order, so I'm always noticing when things aren't in their place. And I always feel like there is something to do. I've become more and more aware of this problem to let go of control when it comes to my home surroundings, but it's so difficult because I love the feeling of having everything tidy and clean! I often get so overwhelmed by the facts that there is always something do to in the house...!

      You’ll feel the biggest positive impact if you drink chamomile tea first thing in the morning and last thing at night, but you in saying that you can drink it any time 🙌

    Thank you so much for this. This relates so much to my life. I had such intense goals for success in my life. I have always been chasing my dream to be successful and to be the best of the best. I have to be perfect. There is no room for failure. I was so focused on achieving that I i went through university at breakneck speed. Everything I did was fast and needed to be perfect and if I i failed I would reprimand myself over and over. I got sick constantly. I didn't know what my body was telling me and I i ignored it. Come my first job out, I even pushed aside in my mind all the abuse and harassment directed at me from my coworkers and supervisors. I did attempt to report but was not listened to over and over. Instead of doing what was best for me in a bad situation (leaving) I chose to stay. For me, there was no giving up. I stuck it out and kept taking tbe abuse even when it was clear my workplace did not care about me at all. I had a purpose. Nothing would stop me. I was the best employee but that meant nothing at the end. I now am unable to even work or live a life even resembling what I used to live. Crippling anxiety and depression. Numerous chronic physical illnesses stemming from depression and anxiety. I can't sleep. It has been years of incapacitation . I have chronic suicidal ideation. My life is destroyed. My career has been completely put on hold and I have lost quite a lot of motivation and passion for my former interests. I have very little support. Your video helped me. I hope I can slowly get back to the life I had through hard work and begin to get my life back. I am scared of failing this as well. I am so lost. Thank you.

    Let's not forget caffeine is present not only in coffee, but also in tea and chocolate. Quitting all of these ended my anxiety and panic attacks, I hope for good (I'm not ingesting caffeine for about 6 months now). Fun fact: caffeine is a natural pesticide, designed by plants to paralyze insects' nervous system.

    I came across this video and i am at certain point in my life where I doubted the decisions I made and could've have done something better myself. I am still anxious especially around people especially during class and I have no close friends. I feel insecure of my knowledge because I get left behind in lectures. Everyday I would wake up in the middle of the night and try to sleep back. In the morning I left feeling tired and mentally intrusive. I would fear to go to school. I recently went to a psychiatrist and he gave me 4 pills. This video gave me hope to not rely on medication because its really expensive. I decided to not go back for check up. I am looking forward to go a psychologist and try counseling.
