heya, theres currently no way to obtain 3 star select voucher. only ways to get it are: when your account is new new year bundles (needs paid crystal) login campaigns (rarely)

Paid crystals are different from free crystals and the banner you might be trying to pull on requires a PAID crystal. (you can only get paid crystal by using irl money)

maybe youre trying to do it on a 1 or 2 star card. note that you cannot extend/upgrade the level of 1 and 2 star cards only 3 and 4 star cards
