    Try re adjusting your Z axis that's what mine was and make sure you do a firmware update. Thats a big help

    We had one. It was easy on fuel, but just too small for 8 row 36 inch equipment. I bought a 1155 for that.

    I have found a parameter in cura: “z hop when retracted” whenever a retraction is done, the build plate is lowered to create clearance between the nozzle and the print... I going to try with this parameter, I’ll let you know if this one fix the trouble!

    these liners failed about a year later as well as the head gasket... faulty after market parts were to blame the liners and head gasket were a&i parts

    • @MFV8
      @MFV8 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      How did they fail? They seem too loose to the bore since they went in that easy, especially if the block was not heated up. Perkins recommends using Locktite too.

    • @Drottninggatan2017
      @Drottninggatan2017 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are different types of liner. A service liner might be transition fit. That is, they can be pushed in by hand without any cooling or heating of the parts. These liners here are obviously going in much harder. So they would be production liners that are interference fit. We can not blame the parts here. It is up to the mechanic to measure the bore and the liner. Maybe they would have been better off using service liners and loctite.

    • @cornbinderkid4109
      @cornbinderkid4109 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      LeMortso it will cut wood pretty easy but it struggles cutting this gasket material we built it for... be warned that the 15w claimed rating is more like 10w i moved up to a 30w fiber laser for this machine cause i needed more power

    • @dreamlessfull
      @dreamlessfull 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      For cutting gaskets you might try using a syringe needle in a chucK and rotary tool, like documented here: www.instructables.com/id/Easy-Rubber-Machining-With-a-Needle/

    • @seanmatthews4573

      Check the retraction and vertical lift settings. By raising the extruder after each loop (.20 mm or so) it will raise up in the z-axis before traveling in the x/y. This setting is on both Slic3r and S3D.

    In case you have not resolved this issue, lower the extrusion/flow rate by about 3% could solve this issue. This can be set in either slicer or on the printer.
