Where in corpus is this sir? I tried yesterday in mustang island area from 9am-4pm (just north of fish pass jetties) with live mullet and salted shrimp with fish bites, nothing but hard heads

Great video, but it could have been Eggcellent; for me the eggs are the best part! When beginning to gut them, carefully slice in with just the tip of the knife. They are at the top, so, using your fingers, carefully remove them so they come out in one piece. Rinse in seawater, and a tasty fresh pompano treat is ready to be enjoyed!

Great video Sami. Crazy conditions, but good fishing. Here is my advice for jetties fishing. The longer the rod, the better. Not sure why people like shorter rods for jetties, but I personally always used the LDX and HDX at the jetties and never lost a fish. Longer rods help you keep the line away from the rocks until you tire the fish, then use the waves to land the fish on a higher rock. Great stuff 👏. Keep them coming 👏 👍 👌
