hi joy 🤗 i remember drinking ensure on a moderately regular basis - until the price spiked, then i moved to boost because it was more affordable. they were both a quick way for me to get in a quick breakfast or "nutrition" on the go. the struggle is real for me - i have good days ... and bad weeks, but try to give myself grace for not meeting my goal at the moment and encouragement to start again (on a daily basis 😂🤣). i don't do new year's resolutions, but i do purposefully consider what i want to accomplish - one day at a time. tfw

hi rae 🤗 thanks - one of my temu gems. when i use carol's daughter products, my goal is just to get to the bottom of the container. dr teal's got me on that first swipe, but i got the hang of it now. i think i remember you saying that about the soultanicals pairing, but i didn't/dont have that specific product and the things i tried didn't work. that creme brulee was ok, but it's done and so am i. i sure did set those products to the side to use every last drop - that's my money in those bottles 🤣😂 if i only changed the time of day i eat, i believe it would be helpful. but of course, i also need to update "what/how much" and increase my workouts. future empties videos will not be this long. tfw

hi joy 🤗 i "have" sunscreen, and have briefly talked about using it on one or two videos a while back...but i gotta be honest with you - i never use it (or, let's say, less than 5% of my entire life). i say, do your research and find a product that works best for you. i do my best to keep my body skin moisturized, same for my face - plus a few serums/treatments (for acne scars), and i wear long-sleeved shirts, pants and a hat when im working outside for long periods of time (sometimes). but when i lived in hawaii and went to the beach, 1-3 times a week for 3-5 hours at a time, nearly every week of the year, i never used sunscreen and my skin was the best it has ever been in my life - for real, for real. again, i encourage you to do what's best for you. everyone's skin, genetics, environment, etc. is different. tfw

hi joy 🤗 i have been thinking about doing a mini series of something like that for a few years. because it would be from a layman's perspective (#NOTaMedicalProfessional), i want to make sure i present it in a way that is "for educational and entertainment purposes only" and "not intended as medical advice". the hoops i feel like i would have to jump through to avoid a channel strike discourages me. but there are plenty content creators that do upload these type videos. i may test out a video later this year and see how it goes ... maybe i can start with table sugar and its substitutes. tfw

hi sheree 🤗 thanks for stopping by. glad you enjoyed the video. the elephant garlic started breaking the surface after about 5 days. im going to keep my eyes on this bed and water/amend until june. i may pull up a few bulbs in may and leave some until july, depending on how much i use and how many i save to replant. growing in a year-round environment is awesome. this year, im trying to discipline myself to spread out my sowing more evenly and methodically ... we'll see how that works 😂🤣 i still have more 2021 seeds (even a 2014 spinach seed pack) that i plan to sow in starter cups and see what happens. over all these years, i've continued to get good germination from those "old" seeds. the cough is doing better. ive figured out that its an allergic reaction to my weather and chemical environments. i do what i can to treat it during the height of the drama, and pray for patience until it subsides. i think all content creators should be compensated just for editing! i'm going to get more of those solar lights this year. i got the last bunch on sale at dollar tree (it pays to visit different locations). tfw

I ABSOLUTELY REPLIED TO THIS COMMENT BEFORE!!!! im in yt studio, trying to reply to as many recent comments as i can (can't do them all any more), and am surprised to see this UNRESPONDED post. oh, the shenanigans!!! you know i try to reuse, recycle, repurpose, ree-ree 🤣😂 everything i can. and the cost of products brings out the #WasteNotWantNot in me. i cant wait to find out what type of tomato plant this is. its probably some type of cross-pollinated hybrid, but i'm gonna save a few seeds anyway if the fruits taste good. still waiting to pick my first grapefruit - mostly because im not sure exactly when it is ripe (hopefully they fall off the branch and dont break them). the cough is slightly lingering, but getting better overall. strong chemicals, scents and smoke aggravate my system, so i try to manage that as best as i can. tfw

hi nikki 🤗 i still have a few more of those 2021 tomato seeds that i plan to sow in starter cups/trays in march. i also have 2021 broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe, cucumber, okra and watermelon seeds to drop (and a 2014 pack of spinach seeds). if they germinate and grow, that's great and i may save a few of the seeds. if not, that's fine too. i really like your milk jug winter sowing videos. you always get such great germination. that large soil scooper is just what i need. glad you enjoyed the video. tfw

hi poohbear 🤗 thank you. that cough flares up during dry winter weather, but this spell was a bit extra. definitely on the mend though. since november, i was "about to do it" until i finally got the cloves in the ground this month. thankfully, we have a bit more of a grace period to plant almost everything, so you have time. tfw

hi antonella 🤗 these seeds are from migardener and i purchased them from the website. i get seeds from many other vendors, including other gardener websites, online etsy shops and local gardening nurseries and big box stores. dollar tree and other dollar stores also sell vegetable, fruit, herb and flower seeds. hth. tfw

hi zo 🤗 as long as you know where everything is, that's what counts. you'll adjust to the colder temps and your indoor garden will keep you producing year-round anyway. i would like to have an indoor space for starts, but i do my best to cover the seedlings until they're strong enough to withstand pest pressure. cant wait to see your lettuce and cabbage harvests. tfw
