Sanger Selects 001: SKWEEE - Vinyl Mix
มุมมอง 56914 วันที่ผ่านมา
First in a series of mixes from the homestead. Kicking things off with an under-represented microgenre of electro, known as Skweee. With origins in Sweden, it's time in the sun lasted around a decade from the mid-noughties, with the majority of releases only on 7" vinyl. lukesanger.bandcamp.com/
Luke Sanger - Live (on the Make Noise Shared System) #アンビエント
มุมมอง 6K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Shared system Research Project is out now: lukesanger.bandcamp.com/album/shared-system-research-project This was originally streamed as a live improv on Bandcamp Live. In hindsight, I think it's an OK set, with range of moods and timbres. My fave sections are the looser unpredictable bits (mostly phonogene-related weirdness) and in the future will try to focus in more on these techniques. Maybe...

Making Waves With Erbe // Make Noise Shared System
มุมมอง 2.3K6 ปีที่แล้ว
Emulating the sound of sea waves, by modulating the decay parameter on Erbe-Verb via a cycling envelope from Maths. Many environmental fx (wind, rain, thunder, waves etc) can be approximated by manipulating a noise source. The Erbe-Verb, with it's many patch points, is ideal for this type of sound design. #sharedsystem #eurorack #livejam

Patch walk thru vid !!!
😃
Amazing patching and flow! making me jealous and like others have said, if you ever do a breakdown of how you managed such a great set i'd be in. I tend to get out of control but you managed to have a nice chill theme -kudos!
well...another excellent video from you this is probably one of my favorite setups for experimenting.
Is there a way to sync the plumbutter to the coco?
Yes, yellow out of coco to green in on the pb sequencer
Fantastic!
The second bit sounds like Talk Talk
great work !
thanks very much!
Great stuff, Luke!
Thank you!
Wow, very impressive and beautiful. Really good man.
Is that a Tascam Model 12? How do you use it and can you recommend it?

Absolutely beautiful 🌹🌿
Sounding nice
thanks old boy, hope all's well!
Nice one!
cheers!
That was excellent!!
Thanks!
You should do a patreon modular masterclass. Or talk us through this patch and how you put it together. I’d pay for that. Inspired set 👏👏👏
hey, really happy you liked it and thanks for the suggestion on doing a walkthrough.. had a couple people ask for something similar in the past, so maybe!
@@lukesanger well, if you get the time. I saw Make Noise posting about your set, so sure they’d push it out there. Love your releases too btw!
Yes, what he said. Wth is going on here. 😂
@@lukesanger stunningly beautiful 💞🌹💞
Yes! I'm really interested in how you switch from one part to another so fluidly. All sequenced via Rene/Tempi/PP?
Good to see you back on the SS, sounds great. Did you keep the CL gear?
Fabulous !
thanks! appreciate the comment :)
Was watching monome videos and saw your name pop up how's it going peace
In love with your music.
So easy and beautiful!
Very inspiring performance, bravo!
That circular piece of wood on the right do be looking like a pancake tho
jolie session _ bravo
les sonorités de l'introduction sont superbes _ l'ambiance de toute cette pièce est belle et envoutante _ bravo pour cette session
très planant, très harmonieux _ j'adore _ bravo
I’ve been having trouble gelling with my Plumbutter so I’ve been watching a lot of videos of them over the past few days to try and get some inspiration. This is by far the most inspiring one I’ve come across!! Syncing it with the Coco and letting it crackle away in the background while gradually adding interesting cross-patches with the Coco. Incredible stuff! Thanks :)
Cheers Gary, I'm happy it could provide some inspiration!
What an experience! Loved this so much, thank you for sharing.
Thanks for nice comment :)
I've watched this four times, and loved it four times.
I'll try and record it four times as long next time :)
@@lukesanger I’m not sure I will not listen to it anymore so maybe four times longer won’t be enough 🤪
@@AlessandroBonino argh, haha :D
who is doing the atmospheric crunchy bits? This is what I like to see patching on the fly and unafraid. At least I can't see your hesitancy in the video. Real pro.
Cocoquantus samples (and resamples), adding layers of crumble to the fruit and bakes until the top is golden brown.
Nice noises!
thanks brother of sang
Very nice!
This one got me really into the Shared System ! And the footage is great.
