At the very end, the announcer said that sprinkler systems had to be installed in 300+ high rise buildings, but residential high rises were not included. Why not? I know this was a long time ago, but I hope codes have changed since then for the safety of everybody. A very good film, so thank you for the upload.

There are plans to build a skyscraper in Japan which will have 800 floors, housing 5,000,000 to one million people. Whether or not this will happen, is just crazy. How on earth can fire fighters hope to put out a fire if it starts over 40 floors high? Sprinkler system? Yes, if it works. I wouldn't dream of living in a place like that.

I've just watched this movie. Would shooting out the windows not have been a good thing to do. As long as know one was at the window obviously. At least air will be able to get in then. Or will that fuel the fire more. I don't know. And well done all those amazing fire fighter's. ❤

Sooooooooooooo not logical to not have helicopter circle building 37th floor to search for messages or signs of life/humsns...

Too much focus on the fire fighters than on the fire & last of all the the 3 stuck nd building. They were too busy complimenting themselves but the fire continues to be endless.

I remember this fire. It always shocked me that high rise apartments weren't included in the ordinance.

Prima film. Laat perfect zien wat je juist niet moet doen tijdens een grote brand. En dan staan ook nog de sprenkelinstallatie en de brandpompen uit. Leuk om te zien in een rampen film, maar niet leuk om het mee te maken in het echte leven.
