Yeesh this is a rough video, I can’t believe you complain about arbitrary restrictions people put on art and then most of your disses against other parts or series are exactly that. Throwing out crazy points with little backup, getting things straight up wrong about jujutsu kaisen and steel ball run. Your little positive nitpicky look at each member of the part 9 cast can be done to a cast from every part. Also it’s just pure clickbait, trying to say that because the crew has some intrigue it’s peak jojo. Video essay is a stretch.

I think its worth mentioning if you've come to the comment section, I am a girl. I havent had much vocal training, and I deliberately chose not to force a high resonance in this video, the Artiswitch video, or FLCL video. I get that I dont pass, but I want you to know if you are going to address me by my gender. (Words often used when refering to me in the 2nd person are, "man, bro, guy, dude, etc.") Try to address me with feminine names or dont refer to me by anything other than my name.

So glad to know I wasn't the only one who though this way, almost every Jojo fan I know loves Part 3, and puts Part 5 as one of, if not THE, worst part in the series. And I think completely the opposite, even the fights in part 5 were much more sick and engaging than in part 3 where it basically was trading punching until one of the two died.

2 things i never mentioned in the video was the animation, and the lack of translation, because they simply arent AS important as the writing. To briefly comment on those, i think, while sometimes awkward, the animation is probably some of the most expressive ive seen in an "anime." Most 2D anime have very stiff posing that does nothing to help its case, but 3d anime, when applied correctly, is some of the most fluid and expressive in the industry. Its sad that this series is untranslated, which means it cant keep half the audience that if finds, but the series on TH-cam has subtitled dialog, so everything, for the most part, makes sense.

I disagree with you on the take that part 3 is the worst written part of Jojo Bizarre Adventures

So, I want your take on this because In regards to Jojo's, it's pretty interesting how Araki's stance on killing is "It's immoral, but if you're a bad person who knows they're causing harm, and feel no remorse for doing so, then the world is objectively better off without you." This show unlike any other has the main characters offing the antagonists like it's the correct thing to do, and I find that interesting.

I wrote a comment saying how i think you were wrong about part 7 and 8 returning to a passive writing style but i accidentally refreshed :\ anyway i also wanted to ask where you got those beige manga pages and if you're reading part 9 like that cause it's much easier on the eyes then white

Stands are one the best systems there is IMO, but I still think Nen is better because of more consise and consistent rules, that makes the fights more engaging because the reader can predict and theorize stuff based on their knowledge instead of just guessing.
