Why are you so obsessed with killing things?
@@ferretocious because I like to eat! I'm a meatatarian, it's a personal choice and a huge life commitment.
👍
Brilliant
Great kill!
I was lucky enough to meet you and sign Mojo at Lexington this year. Stay safe and shoot straight brother.
Great stuff Dennis! I was honored to sign it at Lexington (Emile P. LeBlanc). Best of Luck during the upcoming season!
I will make me a couple of them. Thanks for sharing
I just got one of the strap-on quivers for my Sauk Trail DrydenXR. I've always been a Selway guy, 2 piece slide-on to be specific. The first thing I notice is how much the hood and grippers move. The straps have a lot of wiggle to the hood compared to how rock solid my Selway's are.
I Agree. Have one on both my longbows. They have the great northern logo on both of them. 👍👍🏹
Nice comprehensive review Dennis! I like the idea of that 4-arrow gripper. Looks like that table found a good home.
Good video. Hope you are doing well, Buddy!
Good job Dennis. They are great quivers and Eric is top notch. The 4 arrow gripper is cool,I have never seen one before. I will have to give one a try.
I have one of the original ones too 33 years old 😊
nice video thanks
Nice job Dennis.
There's a big cat in the background
Hello Dennis what spine should I use for a Dryden XR going to be 42# @ 28" hope Mike will be done by June. I use 600 Easton Carbon legacy with 50 gr insert and 125 -150 points on my Highline 58" 42 @ 28 and my Kenu 40 @ 28. Using the Dryden XR for USA Archery field events 50 Meters . Do you think a 500 spine Black Eagle Deep Impact with 140 grs up front be enough. Thanks for Your Time. Let's Keep Mike Busy
credit to Dean Torges.
Did you notice the poison ivy on your tree? 🤣
Great ideas I'll be making one before this spring gobbler season , 68 years old the knees worn out the days of jumping off the ground to chase down flopping gobblers are gone.
Puma to your right!
I like it . Making one tomorrow morning. I need to get off that cold ground and be able to move around. 👍thanks
Credit should be given to Dean Tprges for the original design.
Nice!! Be careful in those woods think i seen a cougar behind ya😂
Awesome seat , thanks for sharing.
Great idea thanks
Great little idea!
I love these. I learned about it from Dean Torges in Traditional Bowhunter Magazine. I went as far as designing a lightweight one for backpacking. Another good anchor is a to drill a hole and then cut a keyhole slot at the side of that. You just tie a knot Iin the rope at the right spot.
PUMA!!!!!
I made a couple a few years ago, and they were not designed as well as yours! I put my hole too close to the tree and had to add a brace under the seat to brace it against the tree at a 45-degree angle to hold it flat so I could sit on it. I am going to redrill the holes now that I have seen your design. Thanks
Hell of a Good Simple Contraption! Thanks Dennis.
Frickin' genius!
I only hunt from the ground. My father in law made me one of these out of an old bench press seat. It was heavy and clunky, and would bang the crap out of you when you walked through the woods. This seems to be more user friendly and packable. Might make one.
Well done. Good video
Good idea 👍 simple and effective
great idea
Just forget. Hunt simple in the nature flow.
I know your legit when your handling that tree with poison sumac all over it like nothing. Lol
I made one like this with a big hole cut in it and put it behind my duck blind for when nature calls and I don't want to go back to the shack
Patient Pending 🤣🤣🤣 All kidding aside...Great Video
I made one from a toilet seat so if I have to take dump I can do it without getting up and potentially spooking the deer.😂
I seen him wild wampus cat. Watch out
Been thinkin of this idea for a few years. Now I know how! Great idea!
i thought that mountain lion in the back was going to get you for sure. 🦁
Coolest most useful thing I’ve seen in a while 👍
Outstanding
I'm going to make a couple of these; Do you recommend pressure treated plywood or not?
I recommend what ever scrap you can find that is 3/4" or more! Either will work just fine.
Nice vid and seat. I'm heading out to the shed. I've got a seat to make.Ty
Thank you for the post. The older I get the more your seat idea keeps me enjoying the outdoors.
I'm leaning more towards a recliner or something that says 4x4 on the side of it. 😊
If it was easy, anyone could do it! Congrats Dennis!
