In this week’s episode, Hanan and Lina talk about the ongoing Israeli genocide of Palestinians in Gaza. This isn’t the type of content we usually produce, but it’s critical that we continue to talk about Palestine and what is happening there. The people of Gaza have asked us to keep talking about the atrocities being committed against them by the Israeli government and military. This is the lea...

I suspect Chef-chire is the Persian "Kaffir"! کفگیر, a combination of کف i.e. bottom + گیر the stem of the verb گرفتن i.e. taking.
Indeed. Only Allah knows the state of the hearts. And for that we can all be fearful.
Mansaf has a very high status because of tradition, but ngl maqlouba is better

The lead cause of male on female domestic violence is alcohol, and we don't drink alcohol. Just let that sink in
Lovely video and well done to Mahmoud

Wearing the hijab is an obligation imposed by Allah Azza Wa Jalla. The Quran says: "O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy." (Quran 2:208) This is a clear command to fully embrace Islam and obey all its obligations as much as you can, not selectively follow what aligns with your personal desires. The obligation of hijab is explicitly mentioned: "And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests..." (Quran 24:31) Claiming to be a good Muslim while rejecting an obligation like hijab contradicts this. Worse, publicly promoting such behavior as acceptable misleads others. The Prophet Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam said: "Whoever calls to misguidance will bear the burden of those who follow him, without it decreasing their burden in the slightest." (Sahih Muslim) Sister, fear Allah! By encouraging disobedience, you risk not only your accountability but also the sins of those influenced by you. Allahu Mustaan.
Everybody has their own journey to Allah, may Allah make it easy for you sister❤️
Also... in all the party scenes with these "friends" I am like, "Where is everyone?" It is so eerie. You could hear a pin drop. So fake.
Am I the only one whose Gaydar went off the instant Ebraheim sauntered on screen? I mean...sister PLEASE. So I figured it had to do with their homophobic culture to hide it ...and the women are their beards to keep the mama happy.
Poor guy. Can barely get a word in. Can't imagine what it's like at home.

"As for those who deny Our signs and are proud of them, they are the inhabitants of hell, they will remain there forever." (QS Al A'raf :36)
They only apply when the United States wants them too, which are usually only for white people or when they’re violated by someone the US doesn’t like. They matter for the UN, which is why so many UN workers have been working to provide relief and aid in Palestine, and many been killed in the process. But when it comes to Justice for even those people, human rights don’t apply to them either, because that would be inconvenient for America and it’s foreign policy aims. The entirety of international law exists only when America wants it to (and for a lesser extent when the other countries with veto power-the UK, France, Russia, and China-do)
Most Moroccans are largely Arabized, and can be considered Arab in that sense, but genetically and historically are Amazigh
