Holy smokes, that looked really tedious! But the final result was pretty stunning. Nice perseverance!
Thank you so much! 😊 It was definitely a test of patience, but I’m so glad you liked the final result. Your comment made my day!
So beautiful….. and the jewellery too 🖤🤍🖤
🥰💜🩷❤️
The seams are perfect!!
Thanks! ❤️ I’m really happy with how they turned out-took some patience, but it was worth it! 😅
Wow! Absolutely stunning. I love how you accepted that the first one wasn't quite right and then persevered with the next one ... a true artist xx
Thank you so much! 🤗🩷 I really hoped I could save the first one and make it work, but after hours of sanding, I could see it wasn’t going well… Deep down, I knew starting over was probably the only way, even though I really didn’t want to. Sometimes, something just tells you there’s no other option, right? A good lesson in patience, that’s for sure! xx
I love your packaging 😍
Jewelry….not jewellery.
In the UK, we spell it “jewellery” with the extra “l” and “e” - just a British quirk! 😉
While I love the fact that there is no distracting music or other noise in the video, I do wish that you would talk us through the instructions instead of the "subtitles". It's hard to read and watch what you're doing at the same time. Plus the subtitles disappear too quickly and I don't have enough time to read what you're doing. Other than that, I love this pendant and how you slowly made it. It's beautiful and I will certainly try making it. ❤
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! I really appreciate it. This video was meant to be inspirational while I was working on an order for the hammered teardrop pendant, and my aim wasn’t to create a full tutorial but rather to capture the process, which is why I kept it simple with subtitles. I can see how talking through the process would be helpful, though - I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future videos! I hope you enjoy making your pendant! ❤
Hi! I admire your style! I was wondering what diploma courses you’re taking online? Thanks- love your work and videos!😊
Thank you so much! I’m doing a beginner silver jewellery diploma with Jewellers Academy - it’s been an exciting journey! I share more about it in my recent videos, and you can also find details here: www.jewellersacademy.com/. Thanks again for watching!
Beautifully made ❤
Thank you 💜💜💜☺️
Love it!!🎉 thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you so much! Really glad you enjoyed it - means a lot! 😊💜
Your joints look amazing!
Thank you! I’m a beginner with soldering, so I’m thrilled to hear that! 🥰
Wow! Congratulations! That is a victory!!
Thank you! It definitely felt like a big win - so glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Beautiful work Justyna 🥰 I really love the ring especially. Xx
Thank you so much Cate! It’s actually become my favourite ring too xx 😉
Hi Justyna! I just dound your channel and i am memorized by your talent and creativity. I was wondering if you sign your pieces or stamp 925. I have not seen you do it. I've always wondered how artists do it. I'm not very knowledgeable in the craft, but I love the jewelry. Thank you for your great videos.
Hi Cindy! Thank you so much for your kind words - I’m really glad you found my channel! I don’t hallmark my jewellery yet, but in the UK, any silver item weighing over 7.78 grams must be hallmarked to confirm its silver content. The hallmarking process involves taking the piece to a registered assay office, where it’s tested and stamped with a mark indicating its purity. There is usually a fee for this service based on the weight and number of pieces. It’s definitely something I’m considering for the future! I appreciate your support and hope you enjoy my videos! 🫶🏻😊
The ring is beautiful! Like you, I am a cat owner, so I love the paw print pendant. I took a jewelry class years ago. I found out that fire and I don't mix. I am happy with my cold connections.
Thank you so much! I’m thrilled you like the ring and the paw print pendant! It’s always great to connect with fellow cat lovers. I understand how you feel about fire; it can be intimidating! In my diploma program, I’ll be learning about cold connections soon. I really enjoy soldering, even with the mistakes I still make - it’s all part of the learning process! Thanks for sharing your experience, and I hope you continue to enjoy your jewellery-making journey! 💖🤗
But it came out nice at the end , i have a dog and i liked the pendant ❤
Thanks for your kind words! I’m happy to hear you liked the pendant. Paw prints have a special charm, don’t they? ❤️
Minute 6:09 You need to continue torching until the whole roundshape metal flow on the main surface, metal first get red then come into sphere shape then melt and completely the cells break , when you stop soldering in sphere shape in mean it is not finished yet , it is incomplete , hope you get my point , english is not my first language.
Thank you for the tip! 😊 I think you’re right-the solder probably didn’t fully melt. There’s so much for me to learn and practice, but I’m getting there step by step!
Where did you buy your stamps
I got them from stampit.co.uk 🙂
I just ordered the chase hammer. Can someone tell me if I have to buy the Bail Pliers tool? The one that has circles.
You don’t need to buy the bail pliers. You can use any hard, round object with the right circumference to shape the wire for your teardrop pendant. It’s a simple way to get the desired shape. Happy crafting! 😊
@@justynasart thank you for letting me know! I will just find a round object. I wasn't sure if you would read my comment so I asked the viewers. I hope you, Hachi and Kofi have a great day!
Lovely
Thank you ☺️🙏🏻💜
The 16g wire is sterling silver? Do we need to buy a special hammer for this? I wanted to see your cute cat!😺
Yes, it is sterling silver wire. You don’t have to buy a chasing hammer specifically - if you have a flat or ball-peen hammer, those can work for flattening and adding texture. But if you plan to do more metalwork in the future, a chasing hammer could be a good investment. 🔨😊 And yes, that was Hachi, my tricolour cat! 😸 I also have a black cat, Kofi - they both love to ‘help’ with my jewellery projects!
Excellent!! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! 💙 you’re very welcome 😊
This process is also known as ‘cold forging’. There is a gentleman online who teaches a seemingly simple technique to create a unique wrap for larger stones and cabochons. In the process of creating the wrap, you learn to manipulate the wire using the chasing hammer. By striking the outside perimeter, you can reduce, or close a circle of wire. And, by striking the inside you can widen or open the circle.
Interesting. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻💜😊
Simple but nice! Can you share the online program you’re using?
It is the Silver Jewellery Diploma at Jewellers Academy (jewellersacademy.com)
@@justynasart Thanks for that info. I'm very interested in taking the diploma course.
Well done. Patience is your virtue!
Thank you so much! Patience is definitely something I’m learning through this process - it’s all part of the journey. Glad you enjoyed the video. 🤗
Wow… that was amazing! ❤
Thank you! 💜💜💜
GREAT.what size blade did you use ?:-)
Thanks! I used nr 2 🙂
🪷 ❤ so much fun! Do you enjoy sawing? It seems to take a long time! And it looks so beautiful when it’s all done!🪚
Thank you! Yes, I do enjoy sawing, but it definitely takes a lot of patience to get the hang of it. 😅 I’m still learning, and I tend to hold the piece too tightly, which makes my arm hurt. I know I need to relax more when sawing - but with practice, I’ll get there! And thank you for always supporting my videos! It means a lot to me. 🤗💙
I have bought all the tools but not been confident to start. Seeing your video is inspiring.
Thank you so much! I’m really glad my video could inspire you. I totally understand - I was very nervous at the beginning too and kept trying to postpone starting. Having a timeframe helped push me forward, and I reminded myself that this is just one of the steps towards making the jewellery I want. You’ve got this! 😊💪🏼
If you can find a in person class in your area, I recommend it. Its great for beginners. I took many classes but want to learn new techniques online.
Not boring at all! The butterfly and the lotus would make great pendants! 🦋💮
Thank you! I was actually thinking the same thing - they would make a lovely pendant! 🪷🦋I appreciate your support! 🤗
Well, that was just amazing! You are very skilled.🪚
Thank you so much! 🥰 I’m still learning, so your kind words really mean a lot. I also really appreciate you sticking with me to the end 🙏🏻🩵🪚

How would you wrap itif the stone didnt have a hole?
I’ve tried wire wrapping stones without holes a few times, but it’s not really my thing - I wasn’t happy with the results. However, I highly recommend checking out @OxanaCrafts on TH-cam! She does brilliant tutorials on wire wrapping stones without holes. Hope that helps! 😊
Subscribed❣️ luv yur tutorials and yur style.❤🎉❤
Thank you so much for subscribing! ❤️ I’m really glad you enjoy watching my process - it means a lot! 🤗
Gorgeous 😍👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you 🩵
beautiful earrings. What I’m curious is the pad you’re using to take the liver of sulfur off what is it exactly? I’m assuming it’s some kind of sandpaper but exactly what is it and what grit?
Hi, Thank you ☺️ I use Pro-Polishing Pads - they’re great for polishing silver and fired metal clay, giving a high shine. I found them online at a metal clay supplier (metalclay.co.uk).
Wow, is that a leather table cover? That's beautiful. Nice mellow creative time. Just what I needed at the end of a busy day. Thank you.😊
Thank you, that’s so kind of you to say! 😊 It’s just an old piece of suede that helps keep things steady on the table, but I’m glad it adds to the look. I’m really happy the video could bring you some calm after a busy day!
Which part did you make? Are these components that can be purchased? It's very pretty.
Thank you! 😊 The bezel rings can be purchased from jewellery suppliers, and I set the amethyst stone. I also hammered the band for that textured look!
Amazing tutorial, I loved it... Wow! :)
Thank you so much! I’m really glad you enjoyed it 😊
On the ear wires, I would caution not to flatten the wire where it goes through the ear. This may result in stretching the piercing. Hammer with a nylon hammer or rawhide mallet to work harden the wire.
Thank you for the advice! I only hammered the front of the ear wires and left the part that goes through the ear unflattened. I use a nylon hammer to harden the wire, so it should stay safe for wear! 😉👍🏼
All round wire?
Yes, I used round wire.
I love this style! I got into rockhounding recently and want to make jewelry with my finds, and this is great inspiration!
Thank you! I’m glad you love the style! Rockhounding sounds like a great adventure, and I hope you find lots of inspiration for your jewellery! ✨😊
thank you for sharing. and a big thank you for not having music!!!!
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it. I like to keep it simple and let the process speak for itself! 💙😊
what a peaceful video and we learn ! I subscribe, thank you.
Thank you so much! I’m really happy you enjoyed the video and truly appreciate your support. 🙏🏻🩵😊
I was the very first artist to create jewelry in this style on Etsy in 2008! (Out of Bozeman, Montana) Now it's huge and global!
Thank you for sharing! It’s great to hear about your early contributions to this style. It’s amazing how timeless techniques like this have evolved and grown globally. I love how this design has resonated with so many jewelry makers and enthusiasts around the world. 😊🌍

Thanks for your kind words! I’m glad you found it helpful. Oxidizing jewelry can really add depth and character. If you give it a try, I’d love to hear how it turns out! 😊
Thank you 🤩❤️
You’re welcome ☺️🩵
Your work is beautiful! Love the simplicity of the video. So much talking or music can be distracting! Enjoy just watching the production.
