Jump Pack went straight to S tier on Illuminate maps. Also, the Liberator dog I have found new respect for, it kills enemies much faster (important if you're in a pinch) and has better armor pen than the laser one so is much better on the bot front.

Interesting. I get that modders likely need to use in game assets to make characters, but i still wish that Merrin was used as a chance to have *another* force user that doesn't use a melèe weapon. (In my opinion, force users other than jedi need to be used to give variety in fighter types, such as a mage-like person that exclusively uses force/magic). Edit: Nvm, looks like they made whole new running animations, weapons, and the character models are not in game assets.

Just seeing what some guys with a passion and some donations can do also makes you wonder. Why abandon it? Just customisation alone would make money I think. There is no way anyone would play so much to unlock it all by themselves and there would have been plenty of people that would spent a buck on a couple of skins.

You lost me at the best red strategem being C tier. Strafing run is an easy S+ tier if there was an S+. It felt like this tierlist wasn't the overall value of strategems in a mission, but rather, how good is the strategem each time you use it. I get it's been a while since this list, so you've probably played around a bit more with it, and the Illuminate update increased it's usefulness even more that it already was useful, but that made me want to click off the video as soon as I saw it lol.

The fact that we can finally replace Frosty Mod Manager with something actually usable is wonderful

Also people need to understand that Tier list changes based on bugs, bots and squids and the level of difficulty of the mission. For example, orbital railcanon is great for lv 5-7 difficulty but above that, the cool down is a bit too long for the amount of armored enemies. Also, I think precision strike is a bit underrated.

Got to disagree with the laser cannon, its fantastic for dealing with swathes of big bots from afar and clearing out smaller ones if you get caught up close, i never go to the bot front without one at my side

Here is my current go to loadout for the illuminate. Liberator penatrator, grenade pistol, impacts, MG43, shield pack, 500kg bomb, and gatling barrage. Since they don't have much in the way of armor I have been favoring the MG43 because it brings down shields really fast and can deal with every threat they have including watchers. The shield pack doesn't need much explanation it keeps me alive when I shouldn't be. 500kg is something I always run because it make big boom and cooldown is rather quick. The gatling barrage has fast cooldown and like the MG43 can kill anything as long as you take down watcher shields. This is just my default loadout but tons of stuff will work just as well or better.

Great video my only change would be that the 380mm is definitely A tier at least I use it all the time and I just call it out and don't have an issue killing freindlies. I can take care of any problem you have. Also as a note the Tesla tower is an easy S tier for high level solo only. I never bring it with a team but solo helldive it is clutch.

Every list sleeps on the jump pack. Besides just gaining insane maneuverability and an easy out in bad situations, you can also easily get to objectives quickly before getting swarmed. You can easily fly up to a jammer and turn it off before being noticed, fly in to place and activate a hellbomb, etc. Jump pack is easily A tier.

Got to argue with the precision strike. It’s got good damage for the short cooldown. It’s just like a way way way better grenade

Orbital Gas strike destroys base ships and has a super quick cooldown. It also prevents any voteless in the area from surviving. I would also recommend just tagging the join between the body and legs of the harvesters with some medium or heavy armor penetration. This completely disables them and is the fastest way to down them. Forget explosives. Do NOT sleep on the standard Guard Dog. It head shots EVERYTHING. I've had it take down 5 overseers in about 10 to 15 seconds on its own while I was retreating.

I think Quasir cannon is S tier, doesn't take need a backpack to use so can combo it with another backpack like the Shield or the laser drone 😌

I prefer the tripod from War of the Worlds. That's the ORIGINAL deathbeam 3 legged walker.
