I may not make it to a Modest Mouse concert but this helps me quite a lot... I'm 26 and I've been listening to Modest Mouse since I was 13, cant say theres ever been a band that's made a bigger impression on me.

They really went all out on the King Rat performance at the end, I was hoping for a Bukowski when I saw Isaac pull out the banjo, and even though he seemed a little lethargic through it, this was an incredible live performance from these aging titans.

Grossly underrated band

The only concerts I’ve ever been to in my entire life was Brand New headlining with Manchester Orchestra playing before them. And then Brand New and Modest Mouse in Chicago. It was absolutely amazing.

Somewhere there’s a hot girl who sucked the lead singers d just to say she blew the guy from modest mouse. I like to think she’s a barista

I like the somewhat stripped down live sets, a return to a smaller band would benefit modest mouse I think

Modest Mouse did not play lollapalooza in 2021. They played it in 2017. Why lie? What's the point? Is it because the band line up this past summer sucked balls?
