You only ate half that smoothie... so like maybe 10g of protein? Am I missing something? Pb2 is 6g for 2 Tbsp, 1 scoop of collagen was 10, a bit from oat milk. Not much going in there.
Hey Amber - this is an older video where I can get more protein in now. My tummy is pretty sensitive so I can’t chug protein. 10g at this time was really helpful for me!

I don’t know if you’re still in Hawaii or if you’re in California now, but I would definitely recommend makapuu lighthouse. It’s an easier hike than diamond head for sure. Diamond head can be a killer hike. However, the views are amazing!
