Doing the most is when you are filling up your day around being productive, focusing solely on achievements, trying to fix everything (including yourself) or spending mental energy around it. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I resonate with everything you said. The only difference I see is how meditation can be viewed as a flexible tool that benefits everyone based on their unique needs. It can be used occasionally to reset your mental state, practiced regularly as a short session to set the tone for your day, or embraced as a deep spiritual practice to connect with your consciousness and pursue profound spiritual evolution. Meditation is for everyone and should be appreciated, not imposed. Moreover, meditation comes in many forms. You don't always need to sit still to meditate-walking, dancing, gazing at fire, humming, or simply focusing on your breath are all valid practices. The essence of meditation lies in being present, grounded, and focused.❤

Girl you seem quite nervous in front of the camera 😮 ... Meditation is good for everyone, except for those who are hell bent on running on autopilot....there might be some instances when you release your repressed emotions, and it might be trouble some for that particular instant...but in long run, it heals... ! And yeah, it is possible to transcend thought completely...though thought in meditation can be very subtle and it keeps melting into the infinite Oblivion! Good effort though to have some unique content to reach to new audiences on TH-cam. The algorithm might not support this though because it runs on a positive loop. All the best pretty girl 😊

Thank you for sharing Lin and I am sorry to hear about what you are going through. That is a lot of change and it is understandable you are feeling overwhelmed. My suggestion (as a researcher/human not a medial doctor) would be to focus on keeping things simple and related to stress management. When we are very activated, it can be challenging to implement change or to get through our day to day tasks. Keeping things simple, prioritizing food good and sleep, add things to your routine (one thing, not overwhelming) to help with stress relief and try to not add more to your plate if possible. Thinking of you and hope this is helpful.
