Thanks for posting this. The Jefferson Dynasty of the early 90s made me fall in love with hockey.

Still not a better hockey game in high school Besides Duluth East vs Apple Valley..just a week before in Duluth when East played Cloquet with over 7000 fans in attendance when Rusty Fitzgerald got the game winner in OT.

If u talk to all the Jefferson players this time started in actually 92 to 93..and they had to beat one of the best teams ever in high school hockey.the Cloquet Lumberjack s..who had Langenbrunner..and a bunch of others that were awesome..GOPHER s of course know Bergoliat. But that game thos two played in 92 was great.

I've enjoyed the 2 year hiatus at the Target Center for the State Hockey Tournaments and it was a great way to enjoy the hockey tournaments even though they were in Minneapolis for the 2 years until they went back to St. Paul

I always love listening to Lou Nanne doing the State Tournament. Amazing that he was doing this 45 years ago when he was still a player with the North Stars.

As an old STA hockey captain I miss the days when HM wore green instead of black...

I played the organ at there home games, Was asked to be the Super fan cheerleader. That team was very talented. Being Super Fan cheerleader. Blaine was awarded the good sportsmanship award. Its there award. I'm just a outsider . And was not part of the team. It is there award. And the schools award getting the Sportsmanship award. And I still have the Super fan jersey. I was requested to stay when those kids where seniors. Because I was going to go elsewhere after the 1995-96 season. Can you believe that was 20 years ago. I still play the organ at High School hockey games. I'm sure the team of 2000 had a 20 year reunion . It's there team . I'm just a music man. Was there to play the music. And be a cheerleader. That's Blaine High Schools award getting the Good Sportsmanship award. I won't take credit to helping the school win the award. Super fan was 20 years ago. And in the past.

Even though I was a Moorhead Spud, it kind of sucks that Jefferson has been basically a non factor for years because of all the private schools.

This was maybe the best team Moorhead ever had and they blew it big time. Think they beat Edina like 6-0 that year, the eventual champions.

I was 11 years old sitting in the stands watching this with my family from Roseau. So cool!
