      @@bobfred1282 idk, could be a few things. Depleted glycogen, obviously muscle-tissue damage. I like the idea of getting the anabolic motion moving from a 1-3RM, but can't say I've managed the programmatic timing well.

      Nate Runs After leg workouts you should rest from running until any DOMS has disappeared in my opinion. That way you will get better performances and less chance of injury.

    I saw their advertisement on sports stars of tomorrow, but when I watched it I already knew that they knew what they were talking about and I subscribed immediately. I especially like when they talked about squats and that squat platform machine for beginners was awesome. Wish I had a professional place like that by me
