I suggest you call your salesman and complain to him about this problem. Send a video recording or a picture that the car is overheating (the temperature icon on the meter)

Salesman and engineers check and they said that SAGA AND BEZZA same their engine is hot but its not a problem. When heat meter shows on the dash board then the engineer will take action. My car is brand new Bezza x 1.3l model 2024 and i run the car 300 km only. Car is smooth, A/C is ok but engine is hot. . Water is ok, radiator water is ok, Coolong fan is ok

@@user-nd8yg6xb7c if it is hot but not overheating, I think that is normal. What is NOT normal is IF the temperature icon appear on your meter. If it didn’t appear then I think it’s ok. You don’t have to worry too much because we have 5 years/100,000kn warranty. Anything rosak, hantar je Perodua Service Center.

@@user-nd8yg6xb7cWhen it starts, the engine is cold. You have to wait for about 30 seconds to 1 minute for it to warm up. Hope I answered your question.

Lepas sebulan, kata loan lambat approve sebab hujung tahun, jadi semua banker dah pergi bercuti habiskan annual leave mereka. Sampai bulan kedua, pun kereta tak ada. Bagi macam macam alasan sampai kadang-kadang tak reply pun mesej saya. Lepastu saya call HQ PERODUA, bila tanya rupanya tempoh menunggu yang ditetapkan adalah 5 BULAN. LIMA BULAN WOI!!! Salesman ni berani ya janji boleh bagi kereta sebulan. Bila saya tanya, salesman tahu tak pasal tempoh menunggu ni? Mereka kata YA. SALESMAN TAHU. Kiranya saya dah kena kencing dengan salesman tu. Apa saya buat lepas tu: 1. Call/mesej salesman tu kalau tak dapat kereta dalam tempoh tu, saya akan cancel booking. 2. Saya call manager branch tersebut dan bagitahu saya akan laporkan semua nya pada HQ Perodua. 3. Saya tulis email berkenaan layanan buruk dan janji-janji manis/janji kosong salesman kepada saya. Saya bagitahu yang saya akan hantar email ini ke CEO Perodua dan viralkan di sosial media. Pastikan dengan setiap alasan kelewatan, screenshot dan hantar ke email HQ Perodua. Baru mereka tahu kuasa pengguna.
