#avatarthelastairbender #legendofkorra #avatar #sage Korra Season 2 was a tale of two halves, the water tribe civil war, and the arguments it presented were intriguing and made Unaloq out to be a rather unique and intristing antagonist. But then the focus of the season became more on elaborate lore that weighed down the story and flattened most of the cast out. Despite its alluring beginnings K...

      Bubby kept involving himself in an active situation where people’s lives were at risk for the sake of being seen as a hero and being worthy. Thats not a hero, that’s someone with a hero complex. He legitimately didn’t see what he did as wrong. Did Mr.Incredible go a bit hard on him? Yes. But think about it from his perspective. He was basically dealing with a Stan, someone with a toxic parasocial obsession with him.

    Nickelodeon's 'corporate meddling' forcing production to fit the entirety of Korra into only 3 seasons when the show runners actually wanted _more_ time to flesh out the story. Each _half_ season should have been a full season! That and introducing 4yo Korra as an arrogant 'Mary Sue' from the get-go was a really bad idea Oh what could have been 😕

    Yeah Anko definitely needed more exposure to demonstrate that she is capable. Sai wasn’t needed, I agree with that. Fighting against Pain could give her chances to showcase more powers that she would have. I do believe that Anko x Naruto would be the best though. Anko was hateful by Konoha for being the student of Orochimaru while Naruto was hated by Konoha for Kurama living inside of his body. Both are outcasts. Both are passionate and impulsive and fun loving people. Both are named after food.

    Another fairly good change without needing to alter too much. I don't hate on Sai as much as some others, but yeah Anko makes more sense than letting Danzo put a spy on the team, and could further set up why Danzo is so willing to sit by and do nothing, if he views Tsunade as somebody he can't control.

Both Anko and Naruto are outcasts, hated by Konoha for reasons beyond their control. Both are passionate and impulsive and fun loving people. Both are named after food.

    In his monologues, he revealed that he sells high-tech weapons to other countries. Because the movie is set in 1962, he was most likely selling those weapons to the Chinese, the Soviets, and the North Koreans💀 Doing something like that during a time when the threat of a nuclear war was very real is what makes Syndrome a truly terrifying villian.

    This idea to have Anko be very close to Kakashi and Sasuke works really well and i think it also fits with one idea i had, i always found a bit odd how the basic idea of a ninja team is to have 1 Jounin and three genin but the chunin being left out, so i think it would be more fiting if the teams were a little piramid, 1 jounin, 2 chunin and 3 genin and in this case Anko could be one of the chunin for team 7 that way it would be easier for her to be so close to Kakashi and Sasuke And as a bonus the second chunin in this scenario could be Iruka since he already has a conection with Naruto and this way similar to Anko he could play a bigger role in the story rather than being left behind

    People hate Korra far too much for my liking. Sometimes i wonder if they ever took any lessons from the first show. They judge her based on her failings, rather than her successes. They call HER a failure for doing the exact same thing every Avatar before her did. Failing. Making mistakes. Being just as human and fallible as anyone else. That was the whole point of her story. The first show went a long way in showing us that the Avatar was essentially a minor deity in human form. LoK did the opposite, by showing us that they are still human. Just as prone to mistakes, immaturity, and rashness as any of us. Her whole story was literally a story of maturing and fighting ones own insecurities and past traumas. Nobody who went through all she did and comes out of it as beautifully as she did is weak. The Korra at the end of book 4 was an ENTIRELY different person than book 1 Korra. She had become patient, kind, compassionate, diplomatic, and thoughtful.

    Its interesting but would be debunked by the story. If it was about feeling freedom, she wouldve learned airbending way before she did given her actions towards said freedom like joining the firefoxes etc. She also doesnt get it until she loses her bending, which would be anything but freeing. Im, you could try amd say she felt free from the burden of being an avatar, but that would be silly since she places so much value on it, that being robbed of what you think males you special is not freeing, its crippling.

    • @nicholaswilkerson4394
      @nicholaswilkerson4394 หลายเดือนก่อน

      But it WAS freeing. It freed her from the false perception she had of herself. She wasn't only kept locked up in a compound her whole life. She also had locked her own psyche up by perceiving herself to be something she wasn't. Losing her connection to the other elements freed her from her beliefs, from her perception of herself, as she had no other choice, at that point, but to consider what or who she would be without her connection to those elements. She always believed they weren't just a part of her, but they WERE her. To her, herself and her power in bending were one and the same. She WAS her power, in her own mind. Her entire journey throughout the series was the opposite of Aang. Aangs journey was mostly physical. There was a bit of spiritual development there too, but it was mostly him physically becoming the warrior avatar the world needed. Korras entire arc was focused around her breaking through her own pride and power to learn the spiritual and psychological lessons she needed to. That power was a prison of her own making, because as far as she was concerned, without that power she was nothing. No one. But as Tenzin said late in book two, "Avatar Wan became a legend because of WHO he was, not WHAT he was". Korra had always known WHAT she was. But it took her nearly the entirety of her story to learn WHO she was.

    • @GrimAngel01100

      @@nicholaswilkerson4394 no bro you are reaching. She loses her elements and is litterally broken down. She felt like nothing. She was not freed in that. You're trying to take her entire series development and stuff it into the first season
