My favourite book so far this year (and one of the very best MM romances I’ve ever read) is Cat Sebastian’s You Should Be So Lucky. Although it’s the sequel to We Could Be So Good it can be read as a standalone. It’s AMAZING. Don’t miss it !

‘You Should Be So Lucky’ by Cat Sebastian totally destroyed me. It is funny, swoony, hilarious, superbly written in Sebastian's inimitable style. I wanted to adopt Eddie (the MC) so much ! It's the story of MCs who slowly get to love each other in a context of rampant homophobia and queer repression. Their psychological growth and the love they have for each other is even better depicted than in Sebastian’s We Could Be So Good (that book's MCs make fleeting appearances here and there, as the story is set in the same journalistic milieu. Out of the 200+ books I’ve read these past 2 years it’s among the handful I gave a 10 out of 10. When a book really gets to me I have a tendency to take small breaks to avoid emotional overload - which I did regularly, so my reading experience was a stop and go thing. I now want to reread it in a single setting to immerse myself in Eddie's swoony, hilarious journey.

Here we go again is definitely one of my new favorite books of all time. So glad it’s getting love 🥰
