Great conditions to hit Chambers Bay from Leaders Creek boat ramp. A little early & eager to hit these spots with big rain still falling. Awesome trip landing couple of good fish.
Shady Camp

A quick trip out to one of our top secret billabongs to get one of our southern friends his first Barramundi. Box ticked within the hour.

Quick run out of Leaders Creek on the incoming tide. We manage to hook 12 Barra and 1 nice Threadfin Salmon.

On this video we attempted to walk to the blue holes North of Gun Point. The journey was a true test of our fitness. Faced with an incoming tides, crocodiles & not to mention sandflies/midges. The adventure was great but we were happy to meet mum around the other side in the boat. Finishing the day with some big Spanish mackerel.

@@TopEndLife Righto boys - I didnt do so well haha. Any lure recommendations to start with? Never really targetted anything in the rivers before usually out bottom-bashing or dragging lures for macks and sails Appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
That’s no good. Irukandji lures are working well for us at the moment, peddle them nice & slow. They’ve got pre rigged ones in at Craigs 👌Find the bait on incoming tide and you should go ok.
