@@Ignatio no the build itself is in a general sense extremely solid. But works very well on frames like say Mirage or Volt or Saryn, etc that have damages buffing abilities and/or, they are weapons platforms in general. It’s also extremely good with Dagath and Xaku because XW affects Acuity.

​@@CryZii777I have a full set from back in the LoR days. He definitely has more though and it's possible that he's overdoing it, which is why I said we might be able to start shifting this into a damage dealer build while still maintaining the passive regen

@@Tevatron044 Vigilante Vigor and Fast Deflection with Arcane Aegis. Also can use 'Shield Charger' companion mod for more xD But it is very useful on a lot of frames that don't have much survivability outside of abusing iFrames.

@@CryZii777 People are misunderstanding the point/context of the video. I was testing his survivability, not his damage. Damage I could have brought a lot of other melee's considering my exalted setup isn't super strong. With that in mind, go back and watch my shields when Acolyte was attacking lol. That's what this was about. Not the damage. Lol I can one shot with Prisma Skana.

That was the actual point of this video lol. Everyone was focusing on the damage (I was literally using whatever); when in reality the point was the fact I was facetanking Aco and he couldnt drain shields cause the regen was going crazy lol.

Not everybody IS in the endgame with mods, arcanes and stuff

excalibur wasn't made with high steel path in mind, That's why we have warframes made to scale all the way to level cap. What he's doing here is making excalibur have enough survivability to survive steel path, and enough damage to not be able to still perform well in steel path. If you see the levels on the enemies, they're around 150+ so they are far from level cap. I assume he's building them to be able to handle at least level 150-250 enemies, since you'll come across them a lot in late game grinds like void cascade/flood

Which is like 0.25% of the content in the game. Unless you're doing lvl cap cascade/disruption; comment kinda is irrelevant, no disrespect. Not to mention I have clips on the channel of this same build easily handling lvl 2k enemies no problem. Hell as well as it was doing I could probably do lvl cap with it. Issue is, I'm not really interested in doing two specific game modes just to satisfy other people. I play the game to have fun.

​@1badhero level cap is like the big truck of warframe. I have never seen someone hit it on accident it's always this worthless purposeful effort to justify min maxing. And anyone farming literally anything will go "oh levels are too high this is inefficient" and reset, because it will be, no matter what build it is there's no justification for going to that high of a level other than justifying a life devoid of ~touching grass~ no disrespect ofc

Sure I could do that. I have to work over the next several days and tomorrow is my only day off but I might be able to tackle that then.

This isn't intended to be a Grasp-centered build. There are a million and one of those. I still use Grasp, however the kit is moreso focused around passive survivability and general weapons platform stuff. Grasp is supplemental to the build rather than being the main course.

Honestly, I just wanted to try something different. I've always thought that damage in this game was extremely easy. I also never much liked shieldgating because quite honestly, it took a lot of fun out of playing the game. That's why I tried to build Xaku in a way that they had a strong degree of passive survivability, and that my time and energy can actually be spent enjoying the game and getting kills lol.

Very easy grind. Also a very good helminth. I've found it to be useful on quite a few frames, especially if you are playing them as a weapons platform. The additional CC from the slow is nice for Acolytes etc.

I've worked on some other builds but I don't think at this time that the Galvanized mods had been released yet. Could be wrong, or I may not have had/used them. I prefer the highest crit chance from Sacrificial > other Steel variants. Galvanized Elementalist is better variant to regular Melee Elementalist, but again I do not believe they were available when I made this build or I simply didn't have them. As for Tennokai, I usually dont use them all that much because they can be kinda annoying if you dont heavy on cue lol.

Not sure if you caught it. But I call it the 'Send Help' build because you literally put enemies on the ceiling lmao.

@@1badhero well melee duplicate can grant you up to 4k armor or more depends on how fast you kill plus 75 percent damage reduction from eclipse plus adaptation plus your healing plus arcane grace and guardian you would be immortal these layers of dr stack on top of each other the armor would be a approximately 90 percent dr or a tiny bit more, eclipse puts 75 percent on top meaning 75 percent of the ten percent remaining meaning 97.5 and then adaptation comes then the healing gives enemies much harder time to kill you. i dont think anything can beat that other than arcane battery with chroma and quick thinking or inaros with arcane grace and melee fortification, with the right frame health tanking can be busted

@@1badhero i said melee fortification, it grants 210 armor per kill for ten seconds and the good part is it stacks indefinitly so as fast as you can keep killing enemies you will get more and armor 4000 armor can be reached after 20 kills in 10 seconds.

@1badhero arcane reaper won't do shit on Oberon (renewal gives me 120+ health per second) so reaper's 24 health per second will be insignificant arcane guardian would be better and molt augmented would be nice as well

It can definitely be annoying at times cause you can't see shit lmao. But I also like just completely masking areas lmao xD Makes it more interesting running into the fog lolol

I am currently running five tau red shards : three for duration and two for strength. I am currently considering removing one of the reds for duration and slotting a Purple for Primary Electric damage

@@Kringe6969 Sort of the two builds I have currently. I have one Viral/Heat/Rad, and one with Blast, and some more I can not recall rn.

Yeah this build doesn’t quite spec into his void guns but it does get a nice bonus during relic fissures. And is intended to play more into durability and the rest of his kit with the void guns just supplementing the damage.

The problem I have with the max range is that it tanks strength which effects XW% as well as the % of defenses stripped each second with OE.
