I BOUGHT A 24... NEW IN THE END OF JUNE... SAME HAPPENED TO MINE...I THE SHOP 3 TIMES ..NOW 4TH .AN THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING..AN GAVE ME A LOANER CAR..BUT DO LOVE THE TRUCK👍👍

Mine just started this. Screen will go blank. The screen still has power, because you can see the backlight. Then suddenly it will come back on. It might go out for the whole day, or just 20-30 minutes. 2024 for me as well. Did the replace the screen or also the radio in the right footwell?

Sierra 2022 2500hd screen went black .back light still lights up .rear camera turns on screen when vehicles been put in reverse .But no other feature works .any suggestions ?
@@RayCordero-y4f that's a new one for me, I would go talk to the service manager at your local dealer. Go in and personally ask for the service manager easy. They can give you a better answer than a service writer.
Id love an answer to this if you find one. Have the same issue in 2018 Colorado
i have a newer one that doesn't use one it uses a low pressure nozzle that doesn't work.

my 2019 ltz has the built-in navigation, and as long as the sd card is plugged in, the system will reboot between 2 min-60 min after starting. the dealership replaced countless parts. i was able to give them steps to reproduce the crashing. never did get it fixed. i just wish i could remove the navigation or whatever is causing the crash. or at least disable the stupid sd card removed error. that disables the crash detection, which should be a safety recall!
I'm sorry brother! Could the SD card be corrupted?? My issue was when I use the remote start in the morning the screen would completely black out, they ended up replacing the front screen. That There was an issue with the first gen screen face.

I will try that next time - had enough for today but at least for my k7 I realised it takes batteries which is why the screen display was not working! Next issue is I want to use a very strong substance but machine is made (k7) with just for karcher special substances with funny shaped bottle and I don't want to mix my substance into an empty one of theirs.

I'll throw my two cents worth in as well.....and say a BIG THANKS for your video! No where in the instructions did it say how to prime the hose going to the gun. I couldn't figure out what the problem was...until I saw your video.....I walked out to the garage....hooked it up....took off the wand...and presto....I had sudsy soap coming out!! I was just about to take the washer apart...thinking there was a problem internally. You saved me a bunch of unnecessary repairs! Time for a beer! Cheers!

I hate my Chevy Silverado. It happened with my 2019. I took another chance with a 2022 and it’s even worse issues with the screen. Never buying chevy again, so frustrating and not worth it

So I've learned from this and other videos that pressure washers don't suck detergent at high pressure. My question is, why?

had the same issue with 2019 Colorado, after about 8 month in and out of ReedmanToll they replace USB interface and since then no issues, but they ripped me off of $950
I had the same problem. I videoed it and they kept saying that they couldn't reproduce the problem. Right after the 3 year warranty was over they found the problem. $3500 they wanted to fix it. I sold the truck! My dumb arse bought another and 3 weeks of ownership the same problem!

My screen went black today for the first time 2017 Silverado. I replaced the radio fuse, removed the battery terminals and let it sit for 20 minutes and even made sure the wiring to the controller was seated properly behind the glove box. Backup camera still works. Taking it to the dealership to see if it’s just an update.
Had mi replaced two years ago and it has gone black twice 😮
@@ADV_Agenda how long did it take you to get the part installed?? I’m going on a 10 hour drive in 3 days, it’s in the shop now hoping it’ll get fixed.
@@JB-hs6km first off, make sure they have the part in stock before you go there. Second should only take about 45 minutes. All they are doing is replacing the front screen of the radio. Pretty straightforward. Don't let them bullshit you!!!
@@ADV_Agenda screen still works with the backup camera, the hmi module is malfunctioning.
@@JB-hs6km did you get it fixed? I am driving a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado custom 9000 miles this morning once I got to my job site. My Internet was not working now. The screen is black but it’s still displaying temperature in time and the back up camera comes on, but no navigation or radio.
Note it only mixes detergent when on low pressure and you had your wand on high pressure, but the idea of removing the wand to make for very low pressure is a clever trick. Now, will it work with mine? 😲

Hoses are junk. They ARE TERRIBLE in Arizona heat. Need a hose upgrade. Unit is fine but the hoses are simply poor quality and lifespan very short.

Set the lance to "mix" and put detergent in the detergent reservoir,then replace the pickup tube.It's not rocket science!

This just happened to our 2020 GMC Denali after wife cleaned the screen with the power off.
That's a new one, I would disconnect the battery It might reboot the system. If not, it's definitely the screen face. Good luck brother ✌️✌️

Hey WTF, my 2019 GMC Sierra radio and touchscreen has a mind of its own. It just works when it wants to, and goes black once in a while. I'm on my 4th attempt at the GM dealer! These 2019 GMC trucks are a far cry from my 2001 Siverado, and twice as much money! LOL
Problem with the dealer is they have to make it happen or see it happen. They're a bunch of tools. I swear they won't. Just take your word and fix it. I don't get it. Keep trying make their lives miserable. They'll fix it eventually.

Just bought a brand new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Turbo. And this has already happened. BRAND NEW TRUCK! Apparently the “engineers” at GM haven’t fixed the problem. I took an a Ford man. I too took a chance on Chevrolet. Never again. NEVER AGAIN!
Ford Flex the entire nav system went out. $3700. It does not matter what make you have.

@@Mysterious_Pancake I took mine in today. Of course, as is usually the case, it was working just fine when I took it in. That was the first thing the technician commented on. So I pulled out my phone and showed him video of me driving down the road and it clearly not working. He changed his attitude real quick. It took them about 2 hours to reprogram it. So far it’s working fine.
