I only need to replace the thermostat in my 335d. I have the EGR (cooler) delete already. I assume removing the fan isn't totally necessary with the cooler already removed?

How can this work if these engines are Direct Injection? The chemicals cannot get to the valves.

Those door panels are the cheapest, crappiest ones I've ever seen, and I've seen some bad ones. A lot of these were probably broken somewhere when the car left the factory. That white plastic on the top half is potato chip fragile. Mine also broke where the rear most screw goes. Pretty sure it was already broken. The panel was already loose in that area before the motor failed. I just put the panel back on without that screw. Before doing all this, make sure it is the regulator/motor. When you press the switch you should hear a click. You can check for power going to the motor at the connection the red and yellow wires go to with a volt meter. If you get 12V when you press the switch then it is the motor. Mine was pulling enough current that it actually dimmed the interior light when I pressed the window switch. Very noticeable at night.

Im jealous how much room this model has to work on my Audi A7 it has to go to service mode. Not enough room to clear the radiator shroud. To those who are researching how to do this for 3.0TSFI for Audi A7 C7 chassis. I’d recommend doing the thermostat as well. The dealer replaced just the water pump and not even two days later the water pump failed again. Save your self the money and do both at the same time.

Hello! Thanks for your video! Would having this service done cause any stiffness in the steering wheel? Specifically when turning to the left. I just had this service done today and drove it home and had noticeable issues with the steering wheel.

Yeah the bmw engineers are hard to improve upon . So this air intake ….. stock is superior compared to this tomfuckery . BMW airfilters are mostly not a problem 🤣

I be just done mind and now the tpms keeps tripping but no abs ect...will have to take it off again...

Hi really helpfull video man thank you. I almost died when i saw my car dumping white smoke from the exhause, it still burns a little tho as i can see smoke coming out of the exhause. Im here because u mentioned steam cleaning the pistons heads while the car is running how does that work

this is a mercedes thing. he cut them off because of the weird mercedes mounts.. you cant unscrew them if they break lose. it's a dumb design.
