Are you serious?! Are you running Afe intake? I would think it’s something with the 2025 ecu coding 🤔

From what I hear, the Ns after 2023 have an extra plug or hose that has to be dealt with, per SXTH: Attention 2024-2025 - Hyundai has added a crankcase ventilation sensor not previously found in the 22-23 and this sensor has a 50/50% chance to trigger a CEL after intake installation. We are currently working on a fix and will include it in the kits once ready. Due to the increased flow of the SXTH intake system, the sensor will tell the ECU the ventilation tube is disconnected, even when everything is properly installed. This CEL is emissions related and does not affect the engine's ability to operate normally and make power normally.

@PolishBullitt yeah ofc no problem, I found out through SXTH the information I posted. All intake systems are currently re engineering a new intake, or possibly adding a tube, from my understanding.

Actually it sounds pretty good imo and no rasp at all

I think it might be cause piston in the new HPFP is slightly bigger maybe that’s what’s cause more noise

Honestly it’s nothing really hard or expensive to do but really annoying, warranty definitely helps

@PolishBullitt my N is so modded out now and has too much hp that I stopped using it as a daily and it is most certainly garaged for the winter. It just can't take the daily grind but it can gap a Civic Type R all day long 🙂

@PolishBullitt I agree. I got lucky 🍀 though and they cleared the code at Hyundai and so far so good hasn’t popped up yet after a day of driving. I was honestly considering having them buy back the car but if it doesn’t do it again probably won’t try and be too much of a Karen about it. Luckily my local Hyundai dealer has kept a good relationship with me and my Kona N.

@ not gonna lie but good relationship with your dealer is pretty important with those cars haha but don’t worry even if the knock sensor fail they will replace it for free and usually pretty quickly it’s just annoying and things like that shouldn’t happen

@@PolishBullitt I agree, they aren’t terrible cars and do have a tendency to have their issues. With any car brand you’ll have to deal with major and minor annoyances. I think Hyundai has stepped up in the last couple years.

@ oh yeah this is not a Hyundai from old, they actually make pretty decent cars same with Kia, I own Elantra N and we have a 2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid as a family car and honestly no complaints

I like the simplicity of the tuning box but I kinda wish it could also get rid off Octane Learning haha I had my box in cold weather, but I never had an issue that my car had a problem with start

That’s a really good time, my best is 4.7 but that was at the track, street can’t hold all that power haha

You basically have to push the engine with your hand to line it up and sometimes you might have to just hit the bolt a little and wiggle the engine with your hand in the same time. I did few bushing and mount installation and it was pretty easy brother I’m sure you can do it no problem 💪🙂

@ yeah tbh even without octane learn you go so fast on corners i feel like any faster and you will lose control which i almost did a few times. But yeah octane or tune would be cool if u really wanted to be faster in a straight line
