Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is: 1. Your video is not being SEO properly 2. Your video is not reaching the right people 3. Not using video hash tags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media There are a few more reasons. That's why your videos are limited to your channel. Can't get out In a word, your video is awesome. Such videos are in great demand. If you do these things correctly. Hopefully, you will get a lot of visitors. Feel free to ask me any questions.

So beyond excited for you! A few things-would love to know what your lifting routine was while pregnant! Trying to prep my body currently for TTC post PA school and am trying to really dial things in! Also would love to know your thought process for how you chose your midwife. Did you always want to go this route or was it just assigned? Also, how did you choose what hospital to deliver? Location, insurance etc? Thanks and love this video!

Thank you so much, Caroline! First trimester I was mostly doing walking and pilates and 1-2 very light strength training full body sessions. I loves the two channels Pregnancy and Postpartum TV and Nourish and Move. Once I hit the second trimester I started back into my typical routine of 1-2 lower body strength days, 1 upper, 1 dedicated cardio session like the stair climber/hiking/bike and pilates/walking/yoga in between. I carried that all the way until giving birth. I also foam rolled a lot! I honestly would have loved a home birth but I didn't feel comfortable with it, so I was trying to find the most holistic option in the medical setting Mass general had a midwife program and I jumped on it! My 1 regret is not hiring a doula as I think that would have helped with tearing (maybe not) but I think that would have rounded out the experience more. Yes, insurance covered this so that definitely factored in! Happy to answer any other questions you have <3

So happy to see actual good advise and not stupid crap, like.. Take a ton of magnesium to detox your liver which makes no sense and doesn't work in all the levels lol. I like this 👍😁

LOL! Feeling more confident every day and noticing my anxiety dissolve until I knew I was “in control” is definitely a relief, I went with what I mentioned and a week after my paruresis was gone. I just go'ogled the latest in Beck Reznark’s guide and now I can go without even thinking about it.

Did you know that you can have a daily bowel movement and still be constipated? I’ve had a client who thought that they were having regular bowel movements, but upon a CT scan showed that they were full of 💩 How to perfrom this test: Choose one of the following: 🌽Corn kernels - one cup of cooked corn, eaten alone about an hour away from other food. 🌱Sesame seeds - two teaspoons of sesame seeds, mixed into a glass of water and swallowed whole, eaten alone about an hour away from other food. ❤️Red beetroot - one cup of cooked beetroot, eaten alone about an hour away from other food Record the date and time you eat the food. Be on the lookout for the food marker in your stool and record the date and time you first pass it in a bowel movement. Ideally you want it to be less than 72 hours. If it’s less than 10 hours, things could be moving too fast. It’s not foolproof, but it can potentially be helpful to assess motility. Another cause of acid reflux is a raised stomach. A raised stomach causes the esophageal sphincter to remain open.

Alcohol can actually speed up digestion! This is why you may notice more loose stool after a night of drinking.

It must be hard for you to listen to this. VERY BAD FOR WOMENS HORMONE HEALTH. No fasting longer than 8-12 hrs. Also eating disorders are rampant...in the guise of 'health '. Its ridiculous to think we can get enough nutrients when not eating. We need to improve our gut health & overall health so we don't need to do these silly extremes. Ridiculous.
