You should really try a smaller drone with a Naked GoPro or even the new Bones!
You realize that until DJI came out with their goggles Fatshark dominated the market with overpriced goggles and very little innovation.
Awesome, will probably help me reduce the need for me to outsource. Anyway outsourcing service help me avoiding boring repetitive editing. edithere if someone needs it, not that I want to advertise but their service is really great.

Thanks for the comment! If you're just starting out, you're not far behind me because I still consider myself a beginner haha My biggest piece of advice is to prepare for a journey of trial and error and to not give up. The motto is build, fly, crash, repeat. I started by getting my transmitter and practicing on the DRL Simulator. Learn the controls and play with different rates to learn how adding expo to the controls changes things up. In terms of a shopping list, Joshua Bardwell has the FPV Know it all Ultimate Shopping list that I highly recommend checking out. Its a comprehensive list of things to consider, from chargers, to tools, transmitters, cameras, digital vs analog, you name it. Aside from that, I also highly recommend having a safe way to store your batteries. There's plenty of people on TH-cam who have shown their different LiPo storage/charging setups and its a small investment that brings peace of mind. Best of luck on your journey!

Thanks for your comment! The dark photos was a combination of it being a cloudy day in the evening plus I think my aperture was too high.

Great video. Just out of curiosity, did you stay with Ground Control, or are you using another platform?
Thanks for the comment! At the moment, I've only used Measure, but I will be trying Open Drone Map. If I understand correctly, mission planning/flying is free with Measure, but the deliverables are where the cost comes in. With a free solution like ODM, I am curious to see how the quality stacks up. My friend Rich on his channel 'Rich Charpentier' has done a lot with various mapping tools and I highly recommend his channel for anyone looking to learn!
@@davenportdronographics7736 I've actually been watching a lot of his videos. I'm researching available platforms right now, without sinking a lot of money into a monthly expense. It seems like the ODM with Maps Made Easy are the most reasonable way to go starting out.
