I’m already so invested n this series! The drama! The romance! The machinmas! lol! It really does capture the early 2000s sim style videos perfectly. I used to love watching sims machinmas back in the day :)

I am late to the party on this one and I can see that there is already another episode out, but I have a story sugestion. I looked like Lillith really wanted to fit inn with the locals, and they also wanted to include her and make her one of them (for good and bad). And what is she missing that they have? A partner. I think the other women inn Desiderata would try to play matchmaker with her and John Mole, simply because he is the only available male bachelor. And I think Lillith would really like to play along, just to be a part of the community, but that not necesserly mean that she actually likes him and get along with him deep down. They also might try to change her to be more "normal", like change her hair, clothes and job to fit more in. Maybe in the end she finds out she likes someone else better, or she just have to get back to her roots. Or maybe she doesnt like John Mole digging in her background and bringing up old dirt. I can see this fan out like a real suburban social drama.

I love the concept and execution of this hood. The character studies alone that could be made out of it... genius work dude

Oh I adore little Carmilla - she's cute as a button ❤ and what a cool turn of events that Lilith will be forced to find blood for her. Loved the scene at the end - you're so great at making the flow appear completely seamless. The way you handled the kitchen scene was really great for this reason and also when Lilith and John were walking and talking at the same time at the end. It's truly so impressive how far your machinima skills have developed in such a short time ⭐️

I know I rave about your machinima bits almost every episode but this time I want to comment that you do such a good job with the scripting! Like during gameplay it’s the same old sims 2 animations we love and expect, but then you do a machinima scene and the lines you write are the perfect mix of realism and sims 2 quirkiness, and you can really feel the chemistry between the characters and it sucks me in! I love it! Would you ever consider attempting a machinima series one day? You have a real talent for it 💙

john mole is so real ngl, i too would go for a woman that has connections to vampires. i wonder if carmillas insanity trait could be seen as a link to her being a vampire, as the vampires we met seem to all be a bit unhinged anyway. or perhaps its the first signs of carmilla growing up in an unsuitable environment and developing issues from it. really enjoyed this episode, cant wait for the next one :D

Loved seeing Desiderata. Have never played it (nor Riverblossom) and love this series for showcasing all the towns! The kids all being cute with one another made my heart melt! Love how shifty John Mole is, he is very matrix-y as Mardal alluded!

I know it's just standard sim behavior, but it was funny when Damien rejected Violet's dance- kind of reminded me of him getting rejected by his own father Dirk :( Honestly cannot wait for Pandora to become a teenager, she's shaping to be quite a character. Exactly what I'd expect a mixture of Tank and Lilith to be And of course baby Carmilla is so cute!

I need the John mole baby to be appropriately matrix coded if it happens. Toddler with the sunglasses. 😂

My first thought about having all the dog stuff and no dog was that their dog had recently died... Yeah, them planning on getting one is much better. Hmm, the scene with John Mole was nice, but I am still little bit suspious of him. Might be nothing though, interested to see how this relationship develops regardless.

First time commenting. Just had to say what a great series! The way you've developed Lilith's personality based on her traumatic upbringing and terrible relationship with her parents is perfect. Her own childhood was awful so she's doing her best to make her children happy. But she can't help making poor choices and adding to her own difficulties. Always looking for Mr. Right yet having things go terribly wrong! Looking forward to the devopments in DV!

OMG Yes! 😍 I'm so happy that Lilith and John Mole seems to get feelings for each other bcs I had a hard time seeing Lilith as the other woman in a non-open relationship, given that she knew about Daniel's affair with Kaylynn before she ran away from home. I'm soo thrilled to see where this is going 😁👏 And sidenote: What skin overlay are you using for the vampires? 🤩

Other then the marriage issues, the Contrary family’s dysfunction and Luis’s babysitting skills, Desiderata seems to have a strong sense of community and looking out for eachother that I’m sure the Pleasant family here appreciates! Even John got to contribute in a important if risky way; since he’s a shy popularity sim I can imagine that he’s happy to be able to help out a potential friend (who he seems to fancy~) too 😃 If Pandora’s grandpa’s Buzz and Daniel ever meet her they’d probably be happy about her maxing her body skill at a young age, given their own active personalities and jobs XD
