Dr. Kathryn Tapper aka Dr. KTap is a Mayo Clinic-Trained, Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and Holistic Health and Wellness Curator. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, she uses her passion to positively impact the lives of others by teaching the wisdom gained as a chronic illness patient coupled with her professional expertise as a physician and coach.
Dr. KTap is determined to break the one-dimensional approach to health from a focus on solely the physical aspect of health to a more holistic umbrella that encompasses mental, spiritual, environmental, relational and occupational wellness. The mission of her company, GLOW Coaching is to empower high-achieving women to GLOW in their wellness from chaos to calm by rediscovering their wholesomeness in mind, body and spirit.

    Omg....Erica and Dionne Jones....you both preached to the choir (me) today. The Vibrant Woman Project....absolutely put yourself first. For way too long I was never putting myself first. And when I did, it was such a struggle, because I was always wondering who needed help...other than myself. So during the height of Covid, is when I start putting myself first. One of the things I did to put myself first was watch your podcasts...because I needed that positive inspirational PUSH to get my butt in gear to take care of myself.     Pray for me. I have stage 4 breast cancer. I am a business owner facing discrimination,bullying, racism, sexism, retaliation in Florida. Thank you Mrs. Savage-Wilson for speaking on the unseen trauma caused to black people in one of Mr. Roland's videos. I don't think America understands how bad black people, especially black women have it in America.

    I have a to do list on my tablet...I commonly say if I do not put it in my to do I forget...maybe typing isn't as good as writing
