Thank you man for this great video! I'm not an electrician at all but like to learn! I have an old Bedford (Isuzu) Midi van from 1995. It not only drains the battery over a couple of days, but there seems to be another problem as well: it starts mostly just fine over night, but every time after a short stop (i.e. at a petrol station), it won't start anymore, the battery seems to be empty! Alternator seems to work, voltage on the battery doesn't get under 12.5 volt, but the starting engine won't go round..! Do you have any clue what could be the issue here? :)

Thanks for making this video. The bidirectional, coding and advanced features don’t work for manufactures who have implemented the security gateway when the tool is out of subscription. You can’t even clear the check engine light on cars wit security gateway!. Chrysler, Nissan, Ram, Alfa, VW/Audi and Mercedes. The list is growing. The scan tool must have a current subscription and a subscription from AutoAuth, along with internet access or the tool will not give access to bidirectional or advanced features. Everything else he said is correct. Topology. 😊

i wish i had one about three months back. i wrecked my back getting something out of the back of my pu. but have no place to keep it when not in use. but the cost would have been cheap to my back in pain for the last three months. i am retired and on medicare and can not afford to go see a Dr.

Why do Transmission fluish at 20 k? And did you flush it or drain and refill?

I like and need my Ram 1500 pickup but it’s terribly inefficient if I’m not hauling stuff, which is often, so I bought a 2017 Mirage with 58k on it in May 2023 as a runabout. Best purchase I’ve ever made. It’s SOOOO cheap to keep, fun to drive, and has given me zero problems. Have ended up using it on long trips as well. Nightly recommended!

MMO is the only injector cleaner I’ve used that actually has a noticeable difference. When I worked at an auto zone, the Lucas fuel treatment and Seafoam flew off the shelves but never seemed to make a difference. It normally takes a day or two and by then I’ve forgotten I’ve used it but I’ll notice better performance. I just had a bad misfire in my 08 Kia optima from a bad spark plug, and a camshaft position sensor. With those replaced, it was mostly fixed but still had some hesitation and the V6 just didn’t get up to speed like it used to. Just this morning, I put some MMO in the gas and within maybe 3 miles, the knocking/hesitation had completely stopped and this old V6 with 230k im it gets up to speed like it always did. MMO just works.

All i need to say is my first bottle was around 3.77..my most recent was 13(9 for the smaller). Still have the same 2 cars going on 15 & 22 years

we had a 2017 MT hatchback... its fun to drive even on long drives. its a nimble on twisties. some people are just delusional, they want a car that is so cheap and has great fuel economy but also expect the car to run and look like a hyper car w/ comfort of a rolls royce.. lol.. this is a daily commuter, very reliable, fuel saver and cheap and easy to maintain.. hahaha most common issues on this car is wheel bearing and the gears on the window motor...

I just purchased a 2022 Mirage with 38000 miles. The Mirage came with 15" alloy wheels but I'm not sure if they are original or after market. The Mirage has all I need and want. I do like the seat covers you have and may buy some as well. Thank you for the review.

Hey I followed this video step by step and everything went well except for when I started my car the gas gauge was reading empty I played around with it and put like 5 gallons in my car and it still only shows less than a quarter of a tank what do you think the problem could be?

I have a sedan version since 2018 and only had to replace front wheel bearings, tires and brake pads. No other issues so far. Also gotta love my mileage of 17 to 21km/l

What do you feel is the best tool around the $1,000 range? I am currently looking at the XTool IP919 Pro and Autel MaxiCOM MK906 Pro-TS, but it sounds like the Launch X431 PRO3S+ is also worth considering. So many features and options on each so I am not sure what way to go. Would like one with decent key/fob programming ability. What would you recommend?

Hey man I like your videos I just got my 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage a month ago. it has 73,000 miles on it. and it’s having some kind of transmission issue the car is not moving properly. And I was just wondering when you are gonna drop the video where you dropped the transmission pan. And it has a EVAP code.

With the modern power of smart phones, and they're larger and more high tech screens, along with bluetooth communication, I just don't understand why these manufacturers still insist on jamming some outdated Android-based mobile phone type platform into a separate plastic case and using that as the platform, instead of a mobile phone, which is far more capable. Like the Bluedriver OBD II scanner, it could just be a physical dongle into the port, and the rest is purely software running on a mobile phone, with easily software updated that can be continually updated for newer cars and features over the years. Any bulky physical scanner with a built-in computer like this will be almost immediately outdated as soon as it is released. So it it all just one big scam & racket for these manufacturers to collude and force people into paying their hyper-inflated prices for what should just be some mobile phone software and a Bluetooth connector? For the DIY person, it is infuriating to have to pay many hundreds or thousands of dollars just to get a tool to use occasionally for self-diagnostic and repair. But also one that is capable of running ABS brake bleed tests, resetting SRS airbag controllers and bi-directional communications with a car's various modules. Really feels like a scam.

What part number is the kit your are installing

Had used Lucas in my Saturn, commuter car, years ago as there was gas leaking in the multiport fuel injection. After a couple of treatments the problem cleared up. Would use it 2x between oil changes. A couple of years ago I started using MMO. Gave it a try. Now using it all the time as I do see a bit of an increase in fuel economy. If it’s helping lube the fuel system and clean the injectors I good with that. Happy with this.

My father having been a Master mechanic in the United States Navy explained it to me like this, of all the rings on a piston in your internal combustion engine the number one top most ring gets almost virtually no lubrication whatsoever and is literally almost completely metal to metal marvel mystery oil, when added to the gasoline in the proper proportion improves compression leaves behind a minor lubricant on the cylinder walls and helps to improve overall engine performance, one oz, in a tank of gas is a minute amount and after having used it for decades, and I'm not being compensated by them for this I can honestly say it works😮😮😮😮😮😮

What I have a hard time understanding is people b....g about the Mitsubishi Mirage and the Nissan Versa (the cheapest new cars out there in North America as of 2024/2025) and at the same time complaining the average car/suv/light truck costs US$49k when new and it comes with plenty of bells and whistles that are not really that needed.

Nice mechanical machine! Back in the day (60's and 70's) I used a bumper jack to break the bead and tire irons and my feet to remove the tire. Tire irons, stepping on it and a big rubber hammer to put the tire back on. Sometimes the hardest part was getting the tire seated back on the rim without a belly band. I have seen videos of people spraying WD-40 into the tire and throwing a match at it to pop the bead back up. Not sure I would try that!

My wife bought one exactly like this new in 73 in Charlotte NC. She recalls she had a little fender dust up on the passenger side rear fender. Hers came with Air Conditioning. She loves this video. She was 17 when she bought it. Great Job!
