I am Frankie was my favorite show... in my opinion if Nickelodeon puts the first and second season back on channel 47, some people can fall in love with I am Frankie and get the money back to do the 3rd season too and have more viewers

Rewatching this show and it drives me crazy that there was never any conclusion or anything. I'm a mom and this was one of those few shows that entertained both myself and my young daughter. It was wholesome, engaging, thought provoking, and never underestimated the intelligence of the audience - no matter how young. I know it's been years, but it's been done before -- It'd be really nice to see a reunion movie or miniseries, just to wrap up the plots and give fans some closure. I bet my now teenager would actually sit through a whole movie with her lame mom if they did 😅

I wish I had a space where I could shout and really let it fly. You're really talented!

You don’t need to be on Nickelodeon, you can be on paramount like Thundermans just been added to on that now so maybe I am Frankie should be on it at some point because to be honest the ending was like the biggest cliff and of all times

I recently went on to paramount plus for the specific reason to watch nickelodeon shows I absolutely loved watching, and I Am Frankie was the one I was most looking forward to. Then I had the tragic reminder of the series never getting a proper ending, but I got reattached to the love I had for the story and the characters yall had put so much effort into making. So truly I want to say THANK YOU!

You can definitely keep a shutter speed at 1/1000 all day you just have to use a bigger aperture. so like a lot of the shadows would have looked better at f4 even at 1/1000 but your highlights may have been overexposed. With the P3 I usually point it at the shadows and the highlights and choose an average of what shutter speed the light meter suggests and I keep my aperture where I want it based on depth of field or how much of the scene I want to be in focus.

I've only seen season 1 when it first came out, but just recently I decided to re-watch season 1 and finally watch season 2. I had to look to see when this came out, and I looked at the date, 2017, I was like 😮, that was almost 6 years ago! Wow, time flies. It doesn't feel like 6 years ago.

I think the best way to learn the basic principles of analogue photography, is to grasp the relationship between aperture (f) and how much light is is present, these two change according to what iso (film sensitivity) you have loaded in. A true mechanical camera, paired with a light meter is a good starting point to learn the basics. Imagine the lens as your eyes, in bright light your pupils will close up to prevent you from being overwhelmed by the light, brighter conditions need a smaller aperture ( smaller pupil) and lower light needs a larger aperture (bigger dilated pupils) Now, the film sensitivity will ultimately determine the combinations. A ‘slow film’ iso 50 would need more light at any given time to work. So you can go with a large aperture and a slow speed on an overcast day, where on a 200 iso film, you would need a smaller aperture on a faster shutter speed for the same overcast day.
