AEG Oven Heater Element Repair
Is your AEG oven tripping the RCD switch on your fuse board?
More often than not, this usually means the heater element has developed a defect causing it ground when in use.
My AEG oven is about 7 years old and recently it started tripping the power whilst the oven was warming up or trying to maintain the temperature during cooking. In my case, it was the main fan assisted heating element that had failed, but this might also help you if your grill element is doing the same thing.
My AEG Competence oven has the model number BE300360KM with PNC version 94971650301.
The heater element I needed to order from the AEG website was 140089339059.
The only tool I needed to access the heater element was a multibit screwdriver for the T20 Torx screws fixing the rear panel and heater element to the oven casing.
The Stanley Multibit Screwdriver Set I used is available on Amazon:
