We're trying to create a Lorcana sim

It's a slam dunk. I mean lord of the rings had a card game for $5 sale on switch. It's confusing to go into a card game blind, let alone mobile/tablet has a ton of them with tutorials.

I don't know what the rules will be, but I know if my opponent wants to use proxy cards, I won't care.

@@Twrightgaming me too. I would not mind either. What I loved about PB (which we all knew would be done sooner or later) was being able to test different decks/cards before investing in them in real life.

@@stephonjames1038 That's the main value of an online client like pixelborn. Hopefully Ravensburgers online client isn't as expensive as the other card game clients.

@@Twrightgaming Yes it's a shift most people don't think about but it's great. And if you bounce her after then both cards are back in your hand

Swap the Peter for which card?

I've added Prince Eric to my deck to help. He can get rid of both beast and Diablo. Other options are the red pegasus, teeth and ambitions, purple peter pan. Adding in the 8 cost sisu to shift into might also help.

I think goats are overrated. The impact on the game state by playing an actual good 4 drop like queens castle or Prince Eric is way better than getting 4 lore from bouncing a goat.

@@Twrightgaming Yeah I feel like the whole bouncing gimmick this set is way too slow.

Honestly might not be a bad idea. It's also got enough willpower to survive let the storm rage on which is pretty huge.

I'm trying to avoid the peter pans because they're uninkable. I already have problems drawing a lot of uninkable cards and don't really want to add more. Honestly, I might have, too, though, because Diablo is so ridiculous.

I think bouncing your character this format is a bit slow, you wanna establish a board before your opponent can with R/A nowadays. Fox is okay since it’s most likely removing a character when played.

@@lorcanamans Why do that when you can play flynn and gain 3 lore on turn 3, Instead of waiting turn 4 and 5 to just gain 2 lore.

@@lorcanamans Yeah Flynn is likely going to die alot sooner but by then you’re most likely getting atleast 3 lore from him 4 if you quest which is alot better than goat atm. You need to gain lore faster than your opponent this format if you wanna win. Especially since they don’t wanna give the deck good cards for pretty much 2 sets now. Medusa is good but not as meta defining as Robin Hood/Ursula/Lucky Dime/Diablo. Also Amethyst hasn’t gotten ANY good cards past 2 sets besides Queen’s Castle.

@@beardedcat9744 i play red purple like a control deck still and flyn doesn't always gain lore like red yellow if they play mother gothal on 2 you're not getting the lore bounce rabbit to draw is so good and the best draw in the hole game no talk about it mabey and just mabey hiram could some what compare but with sisu he does not flyn is great for that early lore than goat and super goofy finish it out

Brawl is very underwhelming, but sadly is required in the meta.

I was thinking the same thing but both have a 1 willpower. Peg cost 3 and Carpet cost 2 unless Minnie Surfer becomes a problem again. Carpet will come down faster and take out Diablo

Well Carpet is mostly used to move itself to castle the turn you play it.

That's so much easier lol

I thought it was too expensive for what it does, but with how good Diablo is, it might be required. Im going to try and find better answers to Diablo, but there's a real chance that brawl is the best option.

@TwrightLorcana it also gives decks like ruby sapphire answers to most of the meta threats or cards they usually could not interact with. Ursula DOA being another big one.

@@Mrcrisist True, you're likely correct. We'll see how wrong I was after the challenge in a week. Maybe I could make a video talking about how wrong I was. That could be fun 😂.

@TwrightLorcana this set won't be legal for the ATL challenge, we will still be playing the set 3 meta.

I think the D23 cards are very cool so I'd rather have the captain hook, but it seems like people care more about the full art cards, so I'd guess enchanted Elsa be worth more in the long run, unless they keep reprinting the first chapter.

@@msjennauk I am not a financial advisor. I have no clue if these cards will hold value or not. If Lorcana stops being popular those cards will lose value.

Maybe. Her effect is good, but I'm worried that if you haven't dealt with their low cost cards by turn 6 you've probably already lost. She does kill prince John though and a lot of the sapphire cards which is good.

@@Twrightgaming 3 drop sisu will start to slow it before it gets out of hand. And there's a color that allows you to ramp and lower attack on creatures. ^^

In MtG and Hearthstone the reason searching isn't as good as in yugioh is because of the cost associated with it. Most of the time you're essentially just passing your turn to search for a card. Alma stats aren't perfect but you're not passing your turn when you play her because she does provide a 1/3/2 body. Questing for two lore on turn 3 isn't bad. She will allow you to search up Bruno if you already have Ursula's cauldron; but In reality you'll likely be pulling up isabela madrigal. Isabela is absurd. She will single handedly be winning games.

It'll be a little bit before I have something ready! I've gotta wait to get my hands on some of these cards to do proper testing.
