Motorized Height adjustable Laser Bed!
This is a follow video up on my Laser Enclosure build video. I made this Motorized Laser engraver bed to fit my new Enclosure I built in the previous video. It’s made from 19mm square Aluminium tubing and 3D Printed parts. The bed is driven by a Stepper motor and timing belt. The Stepper is connected to the controller so I can use my software to raise and lower the bed. The speed and distance can be controlled in this way. The grid is made from thin aluminium strips that can be easily removed for cleaning. Its strong enough to hold large work pieces for engraving.

New Improved: Laser Engraver Enclosure!
I made this new and improved enclosure for my self-build laser engraver. Adding two new features to improve the enclosure by 1:adding more height between the laser module and the bottom, increasing the capability to engrave thicker or larger items and use my rotary axis, and 2; having the front and back able to open, I can put longer pieces in the machine. Using Tiling in the software its easy ...
Quick and East to Make Clamping Squares!
These clamping squares are made from 18mm scrap Plywood but you can use any wood you like. The sizes are not critical since you can make to match your needs and clamps. You can use a bandsaw, jigsaw or table saw to make them, Its very important to make sure the Tri angel is exactly square/90 degrees, else the glue-ups will not be 90 degrees. The slotted holes should be big enough to fit your cl...

New CNC Spoilboard, work holding and squaring the X Gantry
Hi everyone, hope you are well, In this video I’m making a new spoil board for my CNC and squaring out the X gantry to Y axis using maths. My CNC has footprint of 1500mm in Y and 1000mm in X but the cutting area is only 1200x 820, where I will install the spoil boards. The design is made up of 6 individual boards cut to the same dimension and hole layout. This made machining and placement much ...

Router Table Top rebuild with NEW SELFMADE Insert plate!
My router table top got damaged during recent heavy rain and the roof of my workshop had a leak. The top and fence had to be remade and that's what I'm doing in this video. I also decided to make a new router insert plate from aluminum. The cabinet is a standard box type cabinet made from Melamine. The top is made from 2 sheets of 16mm Melamine, doubling the size gives more support while routin...
Table saw Dust hood/Blade guard!
I made this table saw dust hood/blade guard to help improve dust collection at the table saw. I made it to swivel out of the way when I use my cross cut sled. It can also adjust up and down depending on the work piece being cut. The design was changed so I can move the dust hood/blade guard forward up/down and backward to not hinder the work piece when cutting but still be close enough to have ...

DIY Dust Collector and cyclone
I made this dust collector and cyclone for my small woodworking workshop on my CNC, using plywood and sheet metal. The impeller is driven by on an old swimming pool pump motor ,connected to a remote relay for remote operation. The impeller was the most difficult part of the build as that has to be very well balanced and secured to the motor shaft. I hope you enjoy the video and thanks for watch...

That's a great piece of work. It seems to move easily. If you allow me, I would like to follow along. I think it would be good to use it for dust collection on a drill press. I enjoyed the video. I also subscribed and liked. thank you!
