Nice vifeo, but what is PVA glue?

I just mailed Revell again and asked why they don't sell packs of replacement glue needles as I'm sure they know this is an issue. They replied. They recommend using an acupuncture needle to safely remove blockages.

And it does work. I've been doing this for years having seen a similar vid here on YT. I did email Revell to ask why they don't sell packs of replacement glue needles because of this issue. Never did get a reply.

If you use a map pin rather than the cap, it never blocks up.

I use the leftover wire from my Model Master glue. RIP. 😥

I've given up using this glue (it's really good glue when you can get it out of the bottle). I have used thin brass rod to clear it but it's almost a Herculean effort...but tip is outstanding.

Very good tutorial, simple and with a little forethought could be done on both sides using a different grit from the opposite side. What I have been trying to create with mixed results is homemade sanding sponges in a variety of shapes. I find myself needing to sand things in very tight or curved situations a good deal, so flexibility is key.
