We are wanting to expand the area where our walkout basement exits to the yard. There will be a deck build in the future, so I'm making room to be able to drive around the deck. Much fill will be needed, and I located the gravel on my property. I use the Case excavator and 67 Chevy Dump Truck in this episode. This will take some time, and will be done in phases as I have other projects going on...

Hi.. quick question. I did this and it worked, however I only see for the first 8 channels on my daw replicated on the mixer M32R. Please how do I access the other daw channels say between 9-16 on the mixer? I'd be grateful
@@jaysiable just above the faders you’ll find buttons that are marked for you to page over either one channel at a time or a bank of channels. 👍🏻
@@drmstudio5050 thanks so much for your reply, unfortunately I couldnt find a way to do it. I can see Studio one 5 replicated on the right side of the Midas M32R. but it only shows channels 1-8. I'm unable to see the other studio one channels on the mixer. :((
@@jaysiable I’m not familiar with your rig, but thought there would be continuity within the Midas brand.🤷♂️
@@drmstudio5050 I thought so too. I would have another look today when I go in. Thanks so much for your help. Can you name the exact buttom on the M32 you press to see the other daw channels? in your example you used only 2 channels, im wondering if you would have seen 16 channels if you used 16... Thanks though
@@jaysiable press and hold your DCA 1-8 GROUP button and your scribble strips will change to “<bank>”, “<channel>”, “up”, “down”, “left” and “right”. Simultaneously press a MUTE button of your choice (ie <bank> or <channel> and you’ll see your other tracks appear.

I like the Dump Truck.
Extend it out longer then fill over top of it
Nice motor the only thing is for the same weight you could put a 40hp OMC on it. Smooth and quite too especially the 89'-up. I'd be interested to see what you think of the vibration from the Honda at idle. The 2 cyls go in the same direction, and in a tiller motor will turn your hand cherry red on an aluminum. the 3 cylinder tohatsu 25hp IS glass smooth, but thats neither here nor there. Cheers looks nice. Big fuel savings and a bit more power, too with this one.
I’ll definitely do a follow up…thank you for the info and for tuning in!
It's a '59, for what it's worth.
Awesome. I’d love to know the attributes that make it so…it was what I was told, and I really don’t know anything about these cool boats other than I love the look…🙏🏻
@@drmstudio5050 several first year for '59 pieces here... The bow piece, the red-lettered bird logo, the dash plaque, and the short splash rail with the angled front cut. The Viking was indeed introduced in '56, but as a cockpit boat. You should be able to find the model/ serial number on the outside starboard panel, up near the gunnel, right about where the deck and dash join together. Most likely will start with a "711" (speedster model number) followed by the production serial number.
@@MarkDean1313 Thank you! I’ll check those areas out. Your info is so appreciated!
Beautiful truck! I am restoring a 1967 Chevy K20 myself. Were you able to get powersteering added? I am trying to figure that out on mine now. If you did add powersteering, were you able to keep the steering arm on the axle stock, or did you have to cut it down?
Thank you! This C30 1 ton to K30 project was fun…I was able to put pwr steering on it. It came from a ‘71 K20 Chevy I have. Everything stock. Bolt in…
@@drmstudio5050 Did you swap in the axle from the 71 K20 as well?

Beautiful truck and my favorite feature is that it has four wheel drive

Wow love those old chevys you have!!
Thanks…its a sickness lol
Great video! Love the ol chevy K30 dumper. Nice find! Please do a walk around video describing how you like the CX57. What you love, what you miss...etc
Thanks! Turning that Chevy into 4wd was a cool project. I’ll see what I can do regarding the CX57. Two things I’ll say about it is…it’s got big cylinders and it’s fast…maybe too fast for me at this time, but I’m learning.
Great video...however, i would've loved to see more comparison info between the case and the bobbi. Things you liked better, digging power, cab space, window view, cab space, cab space... New subr!!
Thanks! Tons of cab space! I think I mentioned that, hmmm, but yes tons of space. Recliner space! The digging power is more, big cylinders unlike a mini, way fast (learning curve), the bob was easier to control because it’s slower, but I really liked the E50…but our service in the area is nil. That’s the reason for the change.
I’ve read reviews where this was their only complaint after so many years of use (one said a year) so I am saving this video just in case this happens to mine. Thank you in advance!
Good video - thank you. Quick Question - Do the scribble-strips on the M32 show the same text as is shown in Studio One's software mixer?
Yes, they match. Press and hold the Group DCA 1-8 button on the M32, then press the “mute” button that doubles as “Bank” or “Channel” scribble strip and the tracks will move down the line depending on how many you have…I have another channel called Rob Mattson Music where I upload original music too…Thanks for tuning in.
I’m considering one of these. Now that you’ve had it for a year do you have any regrets?
No regrets . Nice size, lifts everything I need lifting. Big cylinders! Super quick machine…thanks for tuning in!
That’s a big bucket
Couldn’t do without it now that it’s a part of my routine…thanks for tuning in.

@@puddlejumper3534 Cool… do you use the snowblower much?
@@drmstudio5050 not in last couple years. To clarify I am using a tractor with a front blower. I am going to modify it to go on loader. For quick change from blade to blower
@@puddlejumper3534 never hurts to have options in case a machine needs repair.
Boy oh boy, you have a lot of snow management to do around your personal property as well. Our horse farm here in New Jersey can get kind of crazy when we get decent snowfall totals. I really like that snow bucket you have many of times I’ve thought maybe I should add one to my arsenal as well, I fed up a snowplow for my skid steer out of an old truck plow. And I also have a cheap Chinese snow pusher and they both work well also. Until the snow has very wet and heavy and you don’t have the traction to push the weight anymore that’s snow buckets nice because if you run out of traction, you can always pick up the clump and haul it away. Enjoyed watching the video. I need to work on getting some outside angles when I do my snow management videos keep up the good work.🙂👍
Thank you…the bucket is really nice to have. It’s 108 inches wide and is 2 yards. It came from a larger front end loader. Moving banks in the spring to speed driveway drying is where it really shines. Thanks for tuning in and all the best for the new year.
How did you convert the front axle to run the dually wheels?
1968 K20 donor: front differential and transfer case fabricated into ‘67 C30 dually, took rear 3rd member from ‘68 and interchanged into ‘67, then took ‘68 front and rear drive shafts and bolted them up…ta dah…K30 Chevy that GM should have built.

Awesome! We are actually pretty lucky this week of Dec 7, 2023…with mid 40’s. I just washed my 2024 Chevy single shortbox 4x4 I just picked up, after I “sold” my High Country to my son. Stay tuned for a video about the early stages of this truck. Cheers from the Iron Range of Minnesota and Merry Christmas! Keep ‘em on the Road!
Hopefully without sounding condescending may I recommend keeping your excavator videos at real time and leave out the music. I watch these videos to learn news ways to work and also to evaluate different machines. Even though your video was ok, it was useless for my purposes. Thanks for making the video and I'm sure there are others who prefer your way, but not me.
Thanks for the input and thank you for tuning in. I’d hate to make a two hour video on a project, but what I could probably do is slow down sections for your purposes, and then speed them up to complete the task within a reasonable time for TH-cam. Again, thanks!
How is the ride,is it smooth?
Rides fine…a track loader vs wheel loader shows differences. Then consider their purpose brings acceptance of tighter ride.I really like that my distributor has field service unlike an other which does not.
I can't see the solution the videos it's not clear 😢
It’s not the best video, for sure. When you look at your guitar stand, once it is open, hopefully it becomes more apparent. Thanks for watching.
Demoed a case tr270, . Rough ride compared to kubota, bobcat, cat . It seems case is still using single flange track rollers front and rear , so its always riding in steel inbed of track . Vibration was crazy . Also lift arms to close to machine with no visibility wider attachments like snow pusher or large bucket. No visibility to right side of bucket with door on machine. Case has alot of work to do. Fancy screen doesn't sell a machine.
