    Am having an absolute nightmare with mine at the moment cannot find out what one is causing the issue I had previously ordered 2 new wear sensors but does this mean I am two wires short ?

      @@MarkMc-66 no there are 2 wires on each sensor. Only one side utilises a wear sensor on this model

      @@incrediblyhandsomeman395 no it goes straight into the sub layer. I have since moved house and tried everything to pry this out and it withstood everything. I had to grind it out in the end

      @richardb2468 ha ha. Thanks. Couldn't tell, but looked like an integral garage, so presumed it had concrete foundations. Was the use of resin because you didn't have concrete, or would you have used resin either way? (Asking because I've got to fit a ground anchor on a driveway)

      @ if the concrete doesn’t crack on drilling then metal plugs are more than adequate however I usually use resin just to be super secure

I also don't see much online of issues. The occasional powertrian (replace big orange cable), A/C compressor, motor mounts, ect

      @@David-by3im absolutely no issues apart from drivers heated seat stopped working and if the Red is on for anything over 45 minutes I get an orange engine warning but this is usually a false alarm caused by condensation in a sensor and it clears after time

    Hello! So you don't have to connect it directly to the battery (which is just under the seat on 2017 model), you can just use those two mounting points that you show in the video instead, which will be the positive and negative connection right?

      Yes that’s correct. It is a lot more work to get to the battery for the same outcome. This is also the correct way to do it

      @@sancoblanco it doesn’t matter as the relay will not be switched on unless the high beam switch is activated. Simply connect whatever you want first.

    When I press the brake about 4 times it becomes hard. Still brakes but stiff. Then after driving a bit further it goes normal again

      Sit in the vehicle and replicate that while stopped and with the engine running, get it to go solid and hold it down, it should start to get softer while you hold it there. If it does then that is normal

      Yes you can buy an optimate motorcycle charger or any other brand and it will come with a connection that allows you to plug directly to a socket they supply while the battery is still in the bike

      Any that have the sentry system. It heats up the glass in front of the camera as to keep it clear

      I would drill the holes very carefully and use the same plugs but also add a chemical resin to help keep them in the wall and they will be in there tight then

    Cheers for this buddy,,, I had this message up, automatically changed the front pads, message wouldn't still go off, see this video, checked my connections and the rear connector was loose , tightened it up,,, off goes the message,,, what a waste of £125 for new pads and labour,,,, live and learn

    Richard excellent video .I recently got a i3 94 kh and I use the meter that shows consumption in real time .with carefull driving I have done 280 Kms or over 170 miles .it's truly a great car . One question do you have an idea how many Kms the battery would last ? I've read of people doing 200000 Kms but I suppose it would go further ?

    Auto parking would be great where i live. In New Orleans during Mari Gras or during a vent day parallel parking gets really difficult. It's definitely not a think I would use everyday but I think would be super helpful sometime.

      You have to manually check on these, I would flush out any fuel and put fresh in there after 3 years and I would do the same with the oil.

      It depends on the wattage of all 3 items and don’t forget that starting watts are much higher on items with moving parts

    For everyone out there here's what turning on the Climatization via the app takes out of the battery for 15 mins cabin warming when NOT plugged in. 3% ! Fantastic and this is without the Heat Pump. Outside temp 3C after 15mins cabin 22C

      Yes it is actually quite a good machine. It will do the 4 inch stuff but it really good at the smaller stuff and it chips it down to very small chippings

    Probably wise to turn off the auto folding mirrors and leave them out if it's gonna freeze and if you put the wipers into service mode the night before it freezes, they will be high enough to defrost with the front screen.
