Thanks Peter! Fridge runs always off 12v unless plugged into mains then it automatically switches over. The AC will only ever work when plugged into mains. Yea it has definitely done more then 3 days off grid, the client who bought it now lives out of it 3/4 of the year

Shower toilet really isn’t an option in this Toyota hiace as it’s too small of a van. You can’t stand up in this van, in the Ldv’s you can fully stand upright so the internal shower toilets work great in those ! This one has an external shower and storage internal for a porta potti

Yep in this one there is a dometic exhaust fan in the top of the shower unit

If it was for only 2 people or 1 and dog, you could even increase space.. Then add water purifying, take water from a river into on board tank

Hey mate I have this exact same van. I had a bar anchor point professionally installed in the roof. Can put the car seat in the middle or to the passenger side. Came with engineered certificate and there was no requirement to remove air bags. It cost $1500.00 AU installed and included the seat

Nice! They are a great van. The Bed was 1800 x 1520. You would fit as you could also lay on a slight angle, it would be tight but you could get away with it

@@FreeRoamFitouts too short for a lot of blokes I reckon. How would you manage making it longer . I am 188 cm

@@manmade9948 only way to make it longer east/west is pod extensions. I’ve had someone 6’5 sleep in there and they managed. But overall if you’re a tall person north south sleeping would be a better set up. We just tailor each build to our clients needs 👍🏼
